A pneumatic tire is provided with a belt in which reinforcing cords are embedded in resin. A graph shows proportional belt chamfer height BWH values on a horizontal axis X and proportional tread chamfer height TWH values on a vertical axis Y. The proportional tread chamfer height TWH and proportional belt chamfer height BWH are specified so as to fall in a region of this graph that is bounded by a straight line expressed by the formula Y=−2.43X+17.9. This region is at the side of the straight line at which the proportional tread chamfer height TWH and proportional belt chamfer height BWH are smaller.

Motorcycles tyre

Motorcycles tyre including a carcass structure, a zero-degree belt structure arranged in a radially outer position with respect to the carcass structure and a tread band arranged in a radially outer position with respect to the belt structure. The belt structure includes at least one hybrid reinforcing cord that has an elongation greater than 4% when subjected to a load equal to about 50 N and a tangent modulus with a monotonic progression as the elongation increases for elongations comprised between 4% and at least 9%.

Pneumatic tire

A pneumatic tire includes a belt layer and a carcass layer. A rubber composition for belts, constituting the belt layer, contains, per 100 parts by mass of a diene rubber containing a natural rubber, from 0.3 to 1.5 parts by mass of cobalt borate neodecanoate and from 4.5 to 7.0 parts by mass of sulfur. The dynamic storage modulus at 20° C. of the rubber composition for belts is from 13 to 18 MPa, and a ratio of a 100% tensile stress of the rubber composition for belts to a 100% tensile stress of a rubber composition for carcasses, constituting the carcass layer is from 1.5 to 2.5.

MOTORCYCLE TYRE

A motorcycle tyre includes a tread portion, a pair of bead portions, a toroidal carcass extending between the pair of bead portions, and a band layer disposed outward in a tyre radial direction of the carcass and inside the tread portion. The band layer includes a band ply having one or more steel cords spirally wound in a tyre circumferential direction. The tyre has a parameter (A) in which a load index LI (kg) of the tyre is divided by a bending/compression stiffness ratio that is obtained by dividing a bending stiffness (g.Math.cm) of the steel cords by a compression stiffness (N/mm) of the steel cords being in a range of 1500 to 6000.

PNEUMATIC TIRE
