LINKED TREAD APPARATUS FOR IMPROVED PERFORMANCE ON LOOSE SURFACES
A tread link assembly is provided for improving the performance of a wheel on loose surfaces. The tread assembly includes a plurality of linked plates forming a circuit around the outer circumference of the wheel. The linked plates include first and second linking structures and releasable fasteners for linking adjacent plates together. The together the plates create a tread surface that is wider than the axial width of the wheel.
Tire Traction Enhancing Apparatus
The present invention relates to a novel and easy to use tire traction-enhancing tool that is used for increasing traction of a tire stuck in snow, ice, mud and/or other environmental hazards that prohibit or obstruct movement of a vehicle. The tool features a plurality of steel or aluminum chains welded together in a mat or rectilinear configuration that is configured to be securely deployed underneath a stuck vehicle tire. The chains are formed of pre-bent welded links and the chains are connected to each other through connecting links. The tool is lightweight, portable, easy to deploy and remove and can be stored in the trunk of the vehicle. The tool is not required to be mounted to the tire and thus increases the life of the tire and the effectiveness of traction provided to the tire.
Bead Lock Snow Chain Integration
A tire chain assembly may include a peripheral chain assembly, a chain positioning assembly, and a retention ring. The peripheral chain assembly may extend around tire treads of a tire having an outer sidewall that extends in a radial direction to be operably coupled to a wheel rim. The chain positioning assembly may extend from the peripheral chain assembly over the outer sidewall toward an outer peripheral edge of the wheel rim. The retention ring may attach the chain positioning assembly to the outer peripheral edge of the wheel rim.

SHIELDING INSTALLATION DEVICE IN LARGE TIRES AND SHIELDING INSTALLATION METHOD
Described is a shielding installation device in large tires and a shielding installation method in large tires. The device comprises a shaft, a reducer, a motor, a base, and a frame. The shielding installation method comprises different sequential steps, configured for installation of shielding on the thread of a large tire. The device and method of use of this device can allow a safe and practical installation of shielding in large vehicles, solving the serious safety problem related to traditional techniques of installation of this element.
CHAIN SYSTEM FOR A CONTINUOUS TRACK
A chain system is provided that is attached to a continuous track of a tracked vehicle. Embodiments of the chain system can include cross chains that extend from a side chain, and a hook is disposed at a free end of each cross chain. To attach the chain system to the track, the hooks are attached to an inner edge of the track on a top surface of the track. Once all of the hooks are attached, the ends of the side chain are attached to each other and the chain is secured to the track to improve the traction of the track and the tracked vehicle.

Chain installation system for semi-trucks and trailers
A snow chain system that attaches to the frame of a semi-truck and/or trailer, or a large commercial construction vehicle. The system includes a removable chain box, a chain barrel, a chain spreader, flashlight driver notification, a drag brake, a box swivel, and tire clamp. The snow chain is rolled out of the chain box directly onto a tire tightly with minimal human involvement. It provides for installed a tight snow chain onto the tire when rollout of the snow chain to the tire is completed. After snow chain use, it rolls up manually back into the chain box and is ready for immediate service should another need arise. All necessary equipment is organized, helping the driver with safety concerns.
CHAIN FOR MOUNTING ON A VEHICLE TIRE
A chain for mounting on a vehicle tire, in particular a sliding block chain, having a chain mesh, which is disposed at least on the tread of a vehicle tire in the mounted state of the chain and has a number of chain strands, each of which is formed by a number of chain links each with essentially straight longitudinal legs which run parallel to one another and are connected to one another at their ends by connecting elements in particular connecting rings. In the mounted state of the chain, the chain links of the chain strands lie on the tread at alternately positive and negative angles with respect to the tread. Wear elements are provided, realized as wear webs, which are fixedly connected to chain links of the chain mesh and which extend parallel to the longitudinal legs of the chain links.
