An electrified vehicle winch includes, among other things, a winch and a charge port connector that connects to a charge port of an electrified vehicle. The winch is powered through the charge port connector. A winch operating method includes, among other things, operating a winch to move a load and, during the operating, powering the winch through a charge port of the electrified vehicle.

A current supply system of a team vehicle includes a towing vehicle operable in a cable-interconnected manner and an agricultural rear-mounted device coupled to the towing vehicle. The agricultural rear-mounted device has working equipment for performing a ground processing function. A base mast is allocated to the towing vehicle for producing a cable connection to a current supply interface of a first team vehicle that is travelling ahead, and an additional mast includes a further current supply interface allocated to the agricultural rear-mounted device for producing a further cable connection to a second team vehicle that is following. The additional mast is downstream of the working equipment of the agricultural rear-mounted device when viewed in a forward direction of travel of the team vehicle.

A winch drum light assembly comprises a bracket having at least one attachment location for attaching the bracket to a vehicle or to a vehicle component that is attached to the vehicle; and a light member for producing light and situated on the bracket, the light member including a power connection adapted for connecting the vehicle's power or an alternative source of power to the light member.

A hoist system for hoisting an object onto an all-terrain vehicle having a first vehicle end and a second vehicle end includes a winch configured for mounting on the vehicle at the first vehicle end. A cable may be engaged by the winch. The cable may have sufficient length to extend from the winch over the vehicle beyond the second vehicle end. At least one overhead cable guide assembly may be configured for mounting in upward-standing relationship on the vehicle between the first vehicle end and the second vehicle end. The at least one overhead cable guide assembly may support the cable. An all-terrain vehicle having a hoist system is also disclosed.

A vehicle includes a controller and a frame having a receiver including an electrical connector configured to connect to a trailer having a plurality of chains. The plurality of chains each includes a sensor configured to transmit a position of the chain relative to a winch disposed on the trailer. The controller is configured to, in response to data from the sensors indicating a position of the chains, display via an interface a connection status of the chains.

Provided is a trailer hitch apparatus having a fixed, or a pivotally movable, upwardly extending obtuse-angled elongate winch support, which at an extended upper end has a winch mount configurable for mounting a winch atop thereof, such that the winch is operable spaced away from a vehicle-end profile and the winch and an upper portion of the obtuse-angled winch support provide improved or unrestricted vehicle hinged door or tailgate clearance. Embodiments of the apparatus upwardly extending obtuse-angled member are provided wherein a lower end thereof is rendered fixed, pivotal, hinged and/or reversible adjacent a normally horizontal elongate member configured at a normally vehicle-facing end to be inserted by a user within, and secured to, a trailer hitch receiver mounted on a vehicle, and configured at an opposite distal end having a trailer hitch ball mount, such that a trailer hitch ball and separate mounted winch are simultaneously or separately employable.

A flexible towing device for single-track vehicles, comprising a towing element adapted for mounting on a first of single-track vehicles and comprising a flexible towing element and a lock attached to one of the ends of the flexible towing element, a locking mechanism assembly adapted for mounting on a second of single-track vehicles and comprising a first portion of the body comprising a half-seat, a second portion of the body comprising a half-seat, which half-seats of the first and the second portion, respectively, form a seat for detachable coupling of the lock of the towing element assembly, wherein the lock of the towing element assembly is releasable from the seat of the locking element mechanism assembly following applying a release force to the lock. A winch rigging link has a body defining a cable retainer and a soft shackle retainer at opposite ends. The body has a length, a width less than the length, and a depth less than the width. Furthermore, the body defines opposing faces bounded by the length and width and spaced apart by the depth. The soft shackle retainer comprises a channel running widthwise across the soft shackle retainer an in between the faces. The channel defines a bearing surface having curvature in a lengthwise and widthwise plane. The cable retainer may be permanently attached to a winch cable and the soft shackle retainer attached to a soft shackle or the like when required for winch rigging. The configuration of the link maximises the bend radius of the soft shackle or the like retained by the soft shackle retainer, despite the relatively narrow profile of the body thereof.

A retractable tow reel assembly for an off-road vehicle, the assembly comprising: a) a bracket having a pair of opposing uprights and mountable to an off-road vehicle; b) a reel adapted to be held by the bracket when mounted to the vehicle and effective for holding a tow rope, the reel including a shaft and a pair of opposing drum ends having a diameter greater than the diameter of the connecting shaft, and c) a tow rope having an eye end and a free end, wherein the eye end is threaded around the shaft;
wherein the shaft has a first end and a second end, and wherein the first end of the shaft may be released from the first drum end and exposed to facilitate threading of the rope eye over the shaft without releasing the second end of the shaft from the second drum end.

Provided is a tow attachment that can be installed on a work machine as an attachment for towing a tow object. This tow attachment installable as a work machine attachment for towing a tow object is provided with: a body frame; a winch fixed on the body frame; a coupling part which is provided to the body frame so as to be mounted on the work machine; a movable pulley part which is equipped with a hook for coupling to the tow object and at least one movable pulley; and a wire fixing part which is provided to the body frame in order to fix a leading end of a wire that is let out of the winch, wherein the wire is applied on the movable pulley of the movable pulley part between the winch and the wire fixing part.
