DIGITAL MONITORING AND MEASURING AIR CONDITIONER RECHARGING SYSTEM
20180010832 · 2018-01-11 · ·

A system for measuring and recharging an air conditioning system includes a vent sensor configured to be coupled to an outlet vent of an air conditioning system. The vent sensor is configured to measure at least one parameter of an air flow from the outlet vent. A processor is in signal communication with the vent sensor. The processor is configured to receive the at least one parameter of the air flow and determine a current refrigerant level of the air conditioning system.

Air conditioning recharging machine for vehicle air-conditioning system

An air conditioning recharging machine includes a pair of flexible hoses connected to the air-conditioning system and a recharging assembly to supply a refrigerant fluid to the air-conditioning system through the flexible hoses. The machine has a discharging assembly to discharge the refrigerant fluid from the air-conditioning system and a valve distributor body, which is provided with a series of inlets/outlets hydraulically connected to the flexible hoses, to the recharging assembly and to the discharging assembly. The valve distributor body is in the form of a monobloc made of rigid material which is provided with straight inner through-ducts, each of which extends in the monobloc so as to have the two axial ends which are arranged on two respective faces of said monobloc opposite one to the other, and are each closed by a respective solenoid valve coupled to the face itself.

SERVICE COVER FOR FILTER SLOT OF VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER

In order to guarantee reliable maintenance, a reliable energy supply and simple handling of the service cover and the vehicle air conditioner at the smallest possible structural cost, it is proposed that the service cover has electrical means, by means of which an air-treatment device arranged within the vehicle air conditioner can be supplied with the electrical energy necessary in order to operate said air-treatment device from outside the vehicle air conditioner.

Vapor cycle machine management system

A method, apparatus, system, and computer program product for managing a vapor cycle machine. Data is received for the vapor cycle machine in an aircraft. The data comprises a pressure, a temperature, and a speed for a set of compressors in the vapor cycle machine. A ratio of the pressure to the temperature is determined for the set of compressors that ran during a flight of the aircraft. A set of actions is performed when the ratio of the pressure to the temperature for the set of compressors that ran during the flight of the aircraft exceeds a threshold more than a selected number of times over a range of flights for the aircraft.

COMPOSITIONS, SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR INTRODUCING POE LUBRICANT INTO AN ELECTRIC (HEV, PHEV, EV) AUTOMOTIVE AIR-CONDITIONING/HEATING SYSTEM OR STATIONARY AIR-CONDITIONING/HEATING SYSTEM OR STATIONARY REFRIGERATION SYSTEM USING LOWER OR LOW GWP REFRIGERANT OR REFRIGERANT BLENDS

Compositions, systems, and methods for introducing lubricants, and additives, that are designed to work with environmentally friendly refrigerants into vehicle heat management systems including passenger compartment air conditioning (A/C) systems are disclosed. Methods for charging lubricants and specific additives using environmentally desirable (low GWP) refrigerant or refrigerant blend compositions into an environmentally friendly system, such as a system that uses HFO-1234yf, are also disclosed.

DEVICE FOR PROTECTING AN AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM OF A VEHICLE

A device for protecting an air conditioning system of a vehicle is configured to prevent damage to an air conditioning system due to excessive operation of a compressor or a deficit of a refrigerant by accurately determining whether to operate the compressor even without using a specific sensor that causes an increase in the manufacturing cost of a vehicle.

FILLING ADAPTER FOR FILLING VEHICLES AT ASSEMBLY LINES IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
20220388833 · 2022-12-08 ·

The disclosure provides a filling adapter for filling vehicles with various operating materials which are fed from filling systems via connecting lines and filling adapters into circuits and containers of the vehicles. The disclosure provides a mechanical clamping element for such a filling adapter that has a lower mechanical load on the filling port than the known clamping claws or balls. The clamping element has a partially circular contour with a cross-section which, starting from a lower and flat base surface, merges upwards into two side surfaces which are arranged at right angles to the base surface and run parallel to one another, wherein the two side surfaces each merge at their end section arranged opposite the base surface into an actuating surface that runs obliquely upwards and inwards.

MOTOR SUPPORT AND HEATING, VENTILATION AND/OR AIR-CONDITIONING DEVICE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE

A motor support comprises two coaxial rings (20; 22) and an element for limiting the tilting of the inner ring relative to the outer ring. The limiting element comprises a finger (26) projecting from a first of the rings (20; 22) and housed in a receptacle (28) in the second of the rings (20; 22). An axial end-stop in the receptacle (28) limits the movement of the finger (26) in the receptacle (28) in the direction of the common axis (A) of the two rings (20; 22). The axial end-stop comprises a spigot (32) extending from a base (38) of a peg (36) through a wall (45) of the receptacle. The base (38) of the peg (36) is fixed to the second ring. The spigot (32) has a projection (44) capable of abutting against the wall (45) of the receptacle (28).
