The shaft-bearing bush assembly includes a shaft drive-connectable to a valve of the valve arrangement and a bearing bush, in which the shaft is rotatably received relative to the bearing bush between a first rotary position and a second rotary position about an axis of rotation extending along the axial direction. A bush projection is non-rotatably arranged on the bearing bush relative to the bearing bush and a shaft projection is non-rotatably arranged on the shaft relative to the shaft. The bush projection and the shaft projection are matched to one another such that the bush projection provides a rotary stop for the shaft projection for limiting the rotary movement of the shaft between the first rotary position and the second rotary position.

Disclosed is a vehicle air conditioner capable of increasing the aft flow effective region of an inner flow path by reducing the space occupied by support parts of doors for opening/closing a plurality of regions. The vehicle air conditioner comprises: an air-conditioning case in which an air flow path is formed; and a cooling heat exchanger and a heating heat exchanger provided in the air flow path of the air-conditioning case, wherein the air flow path is partitioned and divided into a plurality of regions, and has a plurality of doors for opening/closing each region and a shaft for driving the doors, and the distance between one door and the shaft is different from the distance between another door and the shaft.

The present invention comprises: a unit case; a damper which switches between the open state and the closed state of a flow path; a plurality of damper levers which have pins and rotatably support the damper with respect to the unit case; and a main lever which has guide grooves into which the pins are fitted, and rotates the damper levers by guiding pins through rotation around an axis, wherein the main lever has a main lever body having the guide groove formed therein, and a shaft part which rotatably supports the main lever body and is provided with a hook portion engaged with the unit case, and the shaft part has a higher toughness than the main lever body and is made of a material different from that of the unit case.

A HVAC unit includes a housing, at least one flap and an actuator corresponding to the flap. The housing includes a first and a second portion and defining an enclosure “E”. The flap is received inside the housing with a first extreme end thereof engaging with the first portion and a second extreme end thereof engaging with the second portion of the housing via an intermediate lever. The actuator disposed outside the enclosure “E” is connected to and drives the flap via the intermediate lever. The intermediate lever includes a stopper radially extending from at least a portion of a periphery thereof. The stopper is disposed between the second portion of the housing and the flap to limit axial movement of the intermediate lever.
