DAMPER OF AIR VENT FOR VEHICLE
20230031783 · 2023-02-02 ·

Provided is a damper of an air vent for a vehicle, in which an operating member and a pad member are assembled with a structure in which a coupling protrusion of the operating member is inserted into a coupling hole of the pad member. As dimensions of the damper become accurate, a gap is not formed, thereby preventing air leakage. Moreover, due to no need for overlap of the pad member, the operating force of the damper is reduced and becomes uniform, and friction noise of the pad member in operation is prevented. Furthermore, an assembly method is simple, facilitating automation and expecting productivity improvement.

A vehicular air conditioning system provided with a cooling heat exchanger and a heating heat exchanger includes a cold air flow path through which an air passing through the cooling heat exchanger bypasses the heating heat exchanger, a hot air flow path through which the air passing through the cooling heat exchanger passes, a plurality of temperature doors configured to allow the air passing through the cooling heat exchanger to selectively pass through the heating heat exchanger, and an interlocking part configured to allow the temperature doors to be driven in conjunction with each other.

Air flap structure for a motor vehicle air-conditioning module

An air flap structure for a motor vehicle air-conditioning module includes at least two air outlet openings, a shaft, and a drive. The at least two air outlet openings each have an assigned closure flap configured to close and open the assigned air outlet opening. The shaft has therein the closure flaps arranged and is configured to rotate therewith. The closure flaps are rotatable into a closed and an opened position by a rotational movement of the shaft. The drive is configured to drive the shaft and configured to generate the rotational movement thereof. With respect to imaginary planes at both ends of the shaft, perpendicular to the shaft, the drive is arranged outside the axially outwardly facing sides of said two imaginary planes. A driving force of the drive is introduced onto the shaft exclusively between two adjacent air outlet openings of the at least two air outlet openings.

Flap stopper for a rotatable flap

A flap stopper for a rotatable flap for controlling an air flow may include a round bearing support disc, a round stopper support disc, stop elements, and connecting ribs. The stopper support disc may be spaced apart from the bearing support disc in an axial direction. The stop elements may be arranged on the stopper support disc. The connecting ribs may be arranged between the bearing support disc and the stopper support disc. The bearing support disc, the stopper support disc, the stop elements, and the connecting ribs may be formed as an integral plastic injection-molded part.

Air vent dial for automobile

An air vent dial for an automobile includes an air vent housing having an air path and a damper for opening or closing the air path; a dial housing provided in the air vent housing and having an opening and holding projections; and a dial assembly having a dial knob to be fitted into the opening and a rear fixing plate connected to the damper through a link member to control the opening and closing degrees of the damper. The dial housing has the holding projections at positions corresponding to opening and closing positions of the damper. The dial assembly has a dial elongated hole and fixing projection projecting inwards and contacting the holding projections while being guided and moving along the rear outer peripheral surface of the dial housing at outside of the rear fixing plate having the dial elongated hole.

FLAP WITH ENHANCED ARTICULATION MEANS FOR AN AIR EXTRACTOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
20170326948 · 2017-11-16 ·

The present invention relates to a flap (14) for an air extractor (10), in particular of a motor vehicle, said flap comprising a rigid or semi-rigid wall (42) and articulation means (40) to allow a pivoting of the flap about an axis (A) substantially parallel to the wall, wherein the articulation means are located on a single edge (44) of the wall. The articulation means are spaced from said wall and comprise a swivel element (40). The swivel elements are preferably spherical or rod shaped. It also relates to an air extractor (10), in particular of a motor vehicle, comprising a support (12) having at least one window defining an opening for the passage of air and at least one flap (14) as described above and movable between a position of closure of the opening and a position of opening up this opening.
