System For Distributing Volatile Substance With Base Unit And Self-Sealing Removable Capsule
A capsule is configured for use with a base unit having a fan and an air opening for an airflow of air driven by the fan. The capsule includes a housing with a port. The housing engages and disengages the base unit. The capsule also includes a volatile substance member and a seal member that is supported by the housing for movement between a sealed position and an unsealed position. The seal member seals the port when the capsule is disengaged from the base unit. The projection is received in the capsule when engaged with the base unit to support the seal member in the unsealed position such that air moved by the fan flows through the port.
AUTOMOBILE AIR FRAGRANCE DIFFUSER SYSTEM
An air fragrance diffuser system for use in an automobile includes a battery and an electronic control system communicably coupled to a wireless transceiver associated with a user. The diffuser system includes an air pump for generating a pressurized air. The diffuser system further includes an atomizer device pneumatically coupled to the air pump for receiving the pressurized air to convert fragrance oil stored in the atomizer device into fragrance mist using the pressurized air based on a jet nebulization process. In an embodiment, the diffuser system further includes a transmission system coupled to the atomizer device for receiving the fragrance mist, and for providing the fragrance mist into a passenger compartment of the automobile. In another embodiment, the transmission system provides the mixture into the passenger compartment using existing vents of a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system of the automobile.

An air freshener device for an automobile includes a housing, a removable vented cover, and an interior chamber containing a fan and a heater. The housing is structured for removable receipt of a wax melt container within an upper portion of the interior chamber. In a preferred embodiment, the wax melt container is at least partially formed of silicone and includes a removable spill-proof vented top. A button control on the housing is operable to electrically power the fan and heater, causing a fragrant wax material in the wax melt container to melt, thereby releasing a pleasant aroma out from the vented cover and within the surrounding atmosphere. The interior chamber may further include one or more LEDs for directing light upwardly and out through the vented cover.

A heat source is disposed in the housing adjacent and opposing a permeable membrane of the scent capsule. The heat source is configured to heat the fragrant material in the scent capsule and accelerate permeation of the fragrant material through the permeable membrane of the sent capsule. A hatch is pivotally coupled to the housing and substantially contained within a hatch cavity with an outer surface that is substantially flush with an exterior of the housing in a closed position, The hatch can include a capsule cavity therein. carrying the scent capsule, and facing an interior of the housing in the closed position.

An electrical aroma-dispensing device for the purpose of dispensing aromatic scents and substances that includes a connector portion on one end of an outer enclosure for connecting to a power source, an inner cavity, an electrical circuit board inside the inner cavity that includes a current regulator and micro-processor, an internal heating element that can be operationally controlled by the micro-processor, a metal cavity adjacent to the heating element, a substrate material infused with or otherwise containing aromatic oil or liquid that fits into the metal cavity, one or more apertures in the outer enclosure that allow for the passage of air into or out from the interior cavity, a cap covering the substrate material with one more apertures, an internal fan that can be operationally controlled by the microprocessor and directs air through the device towards the metal cavity and substrate material and then out of the device, and a mechanically operated dampener, which may be incorporated into the cap or may be an independent part, with one or more apertures and that can be adjusted to effect the flow air into or out of the device.

The movable component is pivotable with respect to the fixed component through the springs to compensate for any angular misalignment between the movable component and the fragrance container when the movable component is attached to the fragrance container.
