SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HUMIDIFICATION OF FUEL CELL ELECTRIC VEHICLE
20230011951 · 2023-01-12 ·

A system for humidification of a fuel cell electric vehicle includes a fuel cell stack for producing electrical energy through an electrochemical reaction of hydrogen and oxygen, a water supply tank for storing water generated during power generation in the fuel cell stack, a first duct for supplying air exhausted from a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) apparatus to a vehicle glass, a second duct for supplying air exhausted from the HVAC apparatus into the vehicle interior, a humidification apparatus for humidifying air supplied through the second duct using water supplied from the water supply tank, and a controller that supplies air to the vehicle glass through the first duct to perform anti-fogging control of the vehicle glass when adjusting an inside humidity of the vehicle using the humidification apparatus.

AIR CONDITIONER SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC MOTOR VEHICLES

An air conditioner system for electric motor vehicles reduces the thermal load on the air conditioner system during air conditioning using a desiccant-coated heat exchanger and improves energy efficiency thereof using waste heat obtained while cooling electric devices during regeneration of a desiccant-coated heat exchanger.

Vehicular heater

A vehicular heater includes a heat medium circuit connected to a heater core that heats vent air via heat exchange with a heat medium. The heat medium circuit includes a first flow path connected to the heater core through a power unit, and a second flow path arranged in parallel with the first flow path and connected to the heater core through a heat source different from the power unit. A controller adjusts a first flow rate of the heat medium in the first flow path to be larger than a second flow rate of the heat medium in the second flow path when the power unit is operating.

System and method for humidifying fuel cell electric vehicle

A system for humidifying a vehicle that is a fuel cell electric vehicle includes a fuel cell stack for producing electrical energy through an electrochemical reaction of hydrogen and oxygen, a water supply tank for storing water generated during electricity generation in the fuel cell stack, a HVAC apparatus for humidifying an interior of the vehicle using the water supplied from the water supply tank, a heater for generating steam by heating the water supplied from the water supply tank, and supplying the steam to the HVAC apparatus, and a controller that determines an operation mode of the system based on at least one of a vehicle state, a HVAC apparatus state, or an indoor temperature of the vehicle, and controls at least one of the HVAC apparatus or the heater based on the determined operation mode to control indoor humidification of the vehicle.

METHOD FOR PROVIDING VEHICLE DECONTAMINATION AND SYSTEM FOR THE SAME

A method for performing vehicle decontamination includes receiving a decontamination request signal; monitoring a pollution level of inside air of a vehicle through a sensing unit that includes a fine dust sensor, an olfactory sensor, and a humidity sensor, according to the decontamination request signal; determining whether decontamination of the inside air of the vehicle is necessary according to the result of monitoring of the sensing unit; and when the decontamination of the inside air of the vehicle is necessary, performing a decontamination mode through a driving unit that includes a vehicle seat, an ultrasonic output device, an air-conditioner, and a steam supply device.

Dust reduction device

A dust reduction device for a vehicle includes an inlet aperture for receiving airflow created as a result of forward movement of the vehicle. The dust reduction device provides a primary airflow path leading from the inlet aperture to a vehicle opening, and a secondary airflow path leading from the inlet aperture to a ventilation exit. During forward movement of the vehicle, the primary airflow path is substantially blocked by airflow from the secondary airflow path such that airflow from the primary airflow path is provided to the vehicle opening and into the vehicle thereby minimising dust ingress in the vehicle.

Air conditioner for vehicle

An air conditioner for a vehicle is provided and includes a dryer which is connected to an indoor air conditioner that adjusts the temperature and humidity within a vehicle. The air conditioner simultaneously dries a dry subject such as clothes, shoes or the like.

NEBULIZER SYSTEM FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE

The invention relates to a nebulizer system for a motor vehicle, including at least one reservoir for storing a liquid, a nebulizer component including an acoustic wave emission device configured such that the liquid forms a mist of droplets of the liquid, the mist being intended to enter a passenger compartment of the motor vehicle, a light-emitting device configured to emit radiation in the ultraviolet spectrum, and a conduit for delivering the liquid to at least one inlet of the nebulizer component. The light-emitting device is oriented in the nebulizer system so as to irradiate the liquid circulating in the conduit for delivering the liquid, when the nebulizer system is in the operating state.
