Vehicular rear window assembly with integrated spoiler
A vehicular rear window assembly includes a window panel comprising an inner side and an outer side. A spoiler includes (i) a base portion that is adhesively attached at and along an upper region of the outer side of the window panel and (ii) a cover portion that is attached at the base portion. The vehicular rear window assembly, with the spoiler adhesively attached at and along the upper region of the outer side of the window panel, is configured for mounting at a rear portion of a cabin of the vehicle. With the vehicular rear window assembly mounted at the rear portion of the cabin of the vehicle, the inner side is toward the cabin of the vehicle and the outer side and the spoiler are exterior of the vehicle.

Method for mitigating backglass contamination
A method of mitigating rear end contamination of a vehicle while driving using an active spoiler system includes providing an active rear spoiler to a square back vehicle. Next, determinations are if the vehicle speed is greater than a predetermined threshold, if the rear end of the vehicle is contaminated, and if the vehicle wipers are on. The method then moves to deploying the active rear spoiler when the vehicle speed is greater than a predetermined threshold, the rear end is contaminated, and the vehicle wipers are on.

LIGHT EMITTING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF ATTACHING LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE TO BASE MEMBER
A light emitting system includes a light emitting device (140), a base member (200) and a plurality of heating wires (300). The base member (200) has a light transmitting property. Each heating wire (300) is on the inner surface (202) of the base member (200). The plurality of heating wires (300) includes a heating wire (302) and a heating wire (304). The heating wire (304) is adjacent to the heating wire (302). The light emitting device (140) is on an inner surface (202) of the base member (200). The light emitting device (140) includes a light emitting portion (142) and a light transmitting portion (144). The light emitting portion (142) is between the heating wire (302) and the heating wire (304). The light emitting portion (142) does not overlap with the heating wire (302) and the heating wire (304) in the thickness direction of the base member (200).
Structure for rear part of vehicle
A rear opening is provided in the rear part of a vehicle, and a tailgate opens and closes the rear opening. A spoiler is provided at the upper end of the tailgate. Deflectors are provided below the spoiler. The deflectors extend downward along the outer surface of the tail gate from the lower surface of the spoiler and are disposed at positions offset by a predetermined distance from the opposite ends in the vehicle width direction of the spoiler toward a central portion in the vehicle width direction of the spoiler.
