AUTOMOTIVE CARGO/TRAY COVER ASSEMBLY
The present application relates to an automotive cargo or a tray area cover assembly. The cover assembly includes a cover for covering a cargo or a tray area of an automobile. One or more rib supports are provided for moving over the cargo or the tray area and supporting the cover.
Openable structure
An openable superstructure for a substructure (14), i.e., a self-propelled truck, a truck, a semi-trailer, a trailer, a container, a dump truck, a railway wagon, a building or the like, comprising a foldable top frame (16), a cover (12) for connection to the top frame (16), in particular a tarpaulin, and a drive (70) for folding in and/or out the top frame (16). The drive (70) causes at least one at least tension-resistant tension element (71) to perform a movement and which can be coupled to a distal carriage (32′) of the top frame (16), moving the distal carriage (32′) back and/or forth based on the drive's actuation direction. The drive (70) comprises a driven first rotating body (73) and a second rotating body (74), arranged adjacent to one another, forming a drive device (75) The tension-resistant tension element (71) is wound several times around the drive device (75).
Rolling tarp enclosure
A rail system for mounting a tarp enclosure to a platform, comprising a rail body having a channel and a bumper beneath thereof, and a carriage displaceable along the channel and attachable to the tarp enclosure so as to position the tarp enclosure over the rail body. A tubing system for the tarp enclosure, comprising a first member having four first tracks sized to slidably receive a cordon of the tarp enclosure, a second member having four second tracks sized to slidably receive the cordon, a tubing connector having four connector tracks sized to slidably receive the cordon. There is also provided a method for assembling a tubing assembly, comprising joining the first and second members to the tubing connector such that any one of the first tracks is in communication with a one of the second tracks via a one of the connector tracks.
PICKUP CAB MOUNT PACK
A cover for a truck bed that can be horizontally traversed between expanded and collapsed positions is shown. Since the cover is horizontally traversed, the person manipulating the cover need not lift the cover vertically in order to reconfigure the cover between the expanded and collapsed positions. Women and elderly people who are generally not as strong as men can manipulate the cover.

Rolling tarp enclosure system
A tensioning mechanism for a movable, tarp enclosure system including first, second, and third arms, and first and second support brackets which are all connected together in a substantially triangular, adjustable configuration in which the first arm is rotatable relative to support brackets and when the first arm is rotated, the first bracket moves linearly along the first arm toward and away from the second bracket. The second arm has one end thereof pivotally connected to the first bracket such that the first end of the second arm moves together with the first bracket, the third arm has an engagement member provided on one end thereof which is configured to operatively engage a vertically intermediate portion of an end one of the bows, and the third arm has a length adjusting mechanism for adjusting a length thereof.
Convertible tarp system
A convertible tarp system provides an extendable and retractable enclosure especially suited for covering a flatbed trailer. The convertible tarp system includes a plurality of bows and trolleys that support a tarp structure. A guide track defines a longitudinal path of movement and supports the trolleys for movement along the longitudinal path. The guide track is configured to substantially restrict lateral movement of the trolleys along the longitudinal path.

AUTO LOCKING MECHANISM
Provided herein is an auto locking mechanism for use with a flat bed and a sliding tarpaulin system. The auto locking mechanism comprises a stationary guide having a longitudinal axis, where the stationary guide is securable to the flat bed between the flat bed and the sliding tarpaulin system, and a mobile component slidably coupled to the stationary guide along the longitudinal axis. The auto locking mechanism also includes an actuator that is operatively coupled to the mobile component. The actuator is adapted to impart motion to the mobile component relative to the stationary guide. The auto locking mechanism further includes an engagement arm secured to the mobile component for engagement with the sliding tarpaulin system. Movement imparted on the mobile component by the actuator slides the mobile component and the engagement arm relative to the stationary guide, thereby moving the sliding tarpaulin system relative to the flat bed.
TARPAULIN STRUCTURE
The invention relates to a tarpaulin superstructure for a movable substructure, such as a truck, a trailer, a semitrailer, a railway wagon, a dump truck or a container, comprising a top frame to which a tarpaulin made of weather-resistant material can be attached, wherein the top frame comprises a plurality of struts which can be moved along at least one guide, wherein the end of the top frame comprises an end runner which can be raised to open the superstructure and lowered to close the superstructure. A tarpaulin superstructure where the end runner is not lifted by the airstream is provided according to the invention in that an air deflection part is arranged at an end of the end runner, by means of which air deflection part the airstream is converted into a force in the closing direction of the end runner.
