The present disclosure relates to an energy replenishment port assembly, comprising: a housing seal made of an elastic material; a housing having an installation port, the housing seal being arranged around an edge of the installation port and extending from a reverse side of the edge of the installation port; and a receiving port component comprising a receiving port, the receiving port component being detachably installed on the installation port. The housing seal is configured to being pressed against a vehicle body to sealingly install the housing onto the vehicle body. The receiving port is configured to receive an energy replenishment connector.

REFUELING PORT

The disclosure provides a refueling port capable of simplifying a structure for restricting rotation of a nozzle guide with respect to a refueling port body. One of the refueling port body and the nozzle guide includes guide ribs formed between an inner peripheral surface of a body cylinder portion and an outer peripheral surface of a guide cylinder portion to sandwich a reflux port in the circumferential direction, and guiding fuel vapor flowing in from the reflux port in a direction toward a filler pipe connection port. The other one of the refueling port body and the nozzle guide includes a locking portion formed between the inner peripheral surface of the body cylinder portion and the outer peripheral surface of the guide cylinder portion, and locked in both directions in the circumferential direction to the guide ribs to restrict relative rotation between the refueling port body and the nozzle guide.

A fuel filler structure of a fuel feeding pipe prevents efficiency of sucking volatile fuel from being decreased during refueling even if a drain hole is formed, and includes: a cylinder that includes an opening and a connecting port; a first flap mechanism that is arranged near the opening of the cylinder and opens the opening when a nozzle is inserted; a drain hole that is formed in the cylinder and communicates inside the cylinder with outside; and a drain hole switching valve that opens and closes the drain hole, wherein the drain hole switching valve has a closing mechanism including a valve body that is pressed by the nozzle when the nozzle is inserted through the opening, so that the drain hole is closed.

Refueling port

FILLING HEAD FOR FILLING A TANK WITH A LIQUID

A filling head for filling a tank with a liquid, the filling head delimiting a conduit for filling the tank which extends axially along a filling axis from an upstream section which is adapted to receive a filling nozzle, up to a downstream section which is designed to be connected on the tank to fill, and a degassing circuit including an inlet which is adapted to be connected on the tank and an outlet in communication with the outside, the filling head being characterized in that it delimits a suction window which connects the downstream section of the filling conduit on the degassing circuit, so as to promote the suction of the gases via the degassing circuit, during the filling of the tank.

Filler and/or charger flap liner having a seal arrangement

A filler and/or charger flap liner (3) is provided with a seal arrangement. The filler and/or charger flap liner (3) is to be arranged in an opening (6) of an outer side part (4) and in an opening (7) of an outer wheel arch (5). The filler and/or charger flap liner (3) is to be arranged with a first bearing element (8) on an edge of the opening (6) of the outer side part (4) and is to be arranged with a second bearing element (9) on an edge of the opening (7) of the outer wheel arch (5). An at least partially circumferential sealing element (10) is arranged radially outside the openings (6, 7) of the outer side part (4) and the outer wheel arch (5).

There is provided a fuel supply device comprising a filler neck body provided in a tubular shape to include an opening which a fueling gun is inserted in and a connection port formed on a fuel tank-side end of the filler neck body and configured to form a fuel passage; and a neck integrated component located on an inner side of the filler neck body and configured to form an insertion passage. The neck integrated component is arranged to engage with inside of the filler neck body on a fuel tank side or with a fuel tank-side end of the filler neck body. This configuration suppresses a fueling gun from being stuck during insertion and reduces the possibility that the engagement part of the filler neck body and the neck integrated component is damaged.

The base member includes a fuel filler port and a fuel filler port outer circumferential part which is provided outward further than the fuel filler port. In the shutter member, an opening-closing valve is supported movable to a closed position and an open position. The seal part is arranged between the fuel filler port outer circumferential part and the opening-closing valve when the opening-closing valve is located at the closed position. The opening part connects together an outer surface and an inner surface of the fuel filler port outer circumferential part, and a second opening end of the opening part is arranged at a position that overlaps the opening-closing valve when the opening-closing valve is located at the closed position.

Nonspill fuel filler adapter

A fuel filler adapter has a hollow body having a base end with a flange extending outwardly therefrom, and a forward end, and has a length of between 0.5 inch and 2.5 inches. A bore extends through the body at an angle of between 2.5° and 15° so that the adapter can be fitted onto a fuel nozzle. Fueling spitback is prevented by a helical fuel path which does not block air from venting from a fuel tank. Air venting from the fuel tank exits through the fuel filler adapter via one or more venting channels.
