Combiner and head-up display device
A combiner is fastened to a base in a mobile object with a fastening member having a planar seat surface. The combiner displays a display light image as a virtual image visible to an occupant in the mobile object when the display light image is projected from a projection unit. The combiner includes a projection main body and a fastening protrusion. The projection main body is set with a projection region and has reflection surfaces displaying a virtual image by reflecting the display light image projected onto the projection region in a shape of a curved surface. The fastening protrusion has a planar fastening surface in surface contact with the seat surface. The fastening protrusion protrudes from the projection main body and is fastened to the base with the fastening member inserted into the fastening protrusion.
HEAD-UP DISPLAY AND MOBILE BODY EQUIPPED WITH HEAD-UP DISPLAY
A head-up display of the present disclosure projects a display image on a transparent reflecting member. The head-up display includes: a display device that displays the display image; and a projection optical system that projects the display image displayed on the display device. On an assumption that light reaching a center of a viewpoint region of the observer and corresponding to a center of the virtual image is reference light, the projection optical system includes a prism element that has an incident surface, a reflection surface, and an emitting surface different from the incident surface sequentially in an optical path from the display device. The emitting surface is inclined to the reference light. An inclination amount .sub.2 of the reference light emitted from the emitting surface with respect to the emitting surface lies in a range of 15<|.sub.2|<45 in the optical path from the display device.
Information provision device and information provision method
An information provision device and an information provision method. Each of the information provision device and information provision method includes projecting an image light to a light transmission member so as to display a for-driver information image, sensing a relative distance of an object to be detected existing around the mobile object in the direction of travel, detecting a location of a viewpoint of the driver, and changing a position at which an object image indicating the object to be detected is displayed according to a result of the detecting so as to change a perception distance of the driver influenced by a motion parallax of the object image according to the relative distance of the object to be detected in the direction of travel.
Head up display appratus for vehicle
A head-up display apparatus for a vehicle may include: a housing defining an interior space, with an entrance formed on a side of the housing; a holder unit coupled at a side thereof to a combiner; a moving unit located in the interior space of the housing, rotatably coupled to the holder unit, and reciprocating in one direction to cause the combiner to be accommodated in the interior space of the housing or to be exposed to an outside through the entrance of the housing; a driving unit coupled to the moving unit to move the moving unit; and a tilting unit slidably coupled to the moving unit and coupled to the driving unit, the tilting unit being moved by the driving unit to cause the combiner to be tilted around an imaginary central axis transverse to the combiner.
Vehicular display system
A vehicular display system includes a movable body displaceable between an erect position and a tilted position, a first moving body disposed on the vehicle upper side of the movable body in the erect position, a second moving body disposed on the vehicle lower side of the movable body in the erect position, a drive device that displaces the movable body between the erect position and the tilted position, a guide device that guides the second moving body along the displacement operation of the movable body between the erect position and the tilted position, a display device that allows a user to view vehicle interior display information as if the information were displayed in an information display area of the movable body, and an elastic member that applies an elastic force between the movable body and the drive device.
HEAD-UP DISPLAY APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
Provided is a head-up display apparatus for a vehicle. The apparatus includes combiner assembly which includes a combiner exposed outside a dashboard or hidden inside the dashboard through a slot formed in the dashboard, a driver which provides a driving force to the combiner assembly, and a slot opening/closing device which opens or closes the slot by the driving force of the driver. The slot opening/closing device includes a door which opens or closes the slot, a lever-door link of which one end is connected to the door and which rotates about a first rotation axis, and a lever of which one end is connected to the lever-door link, which rotates about a second rotation axis, and to which the combiner assembly is slidably connected.
DISPLAYING SYSTEM, METHOD, AND VEHICLE
The embodiments disclosed in this application describe a displaying system, a displaying method, and a head-up display. The heads-up displaying system includes a display window including a transflective film, an image source emitting light incident on the imaging window, and the light emitted by the image source before reaching the transflective film only comprising s-polarized light. The transflective film is configured to directly reflect a first portion of the s-polarized light emitted from the image source. The transparent substrate reflects a second portion of the s-polarized light, and transmits a third portion of the s-polarized light to the air, the first portion of the s-polarized light, the second portion of the s-polarized light and the third portion of the s-polarized light are all s-polarized light.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF INSTALLING DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device includes a display configured to display a video, a concave mirror configured to reflect a video display light of the video displayed on the display toward a reflection part that is formed in a curved shape and that faces a viewer, and a housing in which the display and the concave mirror are assembled, wherein an angle of the concave mirror with respect to the housing is adjustable by rotating the concave mirror on a reference plane of the housing in accordance with a relative positional relationship among the housing, the reflection part, and the viewer.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING SCREEN IMAGE-DISPLAYING LAMINATED GLASS, SCREEN IMAGE-DISPLAYING LAMINATED GLASS, AND IMAGE DISPLAY SYSTEM
There are provided a screen image-displaying laminated glass that reduces the distortion of a projected display image, a method for producing the screen image-displaying laminated glass, and a screen image display system including the screen image-displaying laminated glass. The screen image-displaying laminated glass has a half-mirror film that has a transparent support and that has a selectively reflecting layer which wavelength-selectively reflects light, a first glass plate disposed on one surface of the half-mirror film, and a second glass plate disposed on the other surface of the half-mirror film. The longitudinal directions of bright and dark lines observed by a magic mirror method match each other at the first glass plate, the second glass plate, and the transparent support.
