An aircraft seat pod with a reclining seat includes a controller interface that extends around a surface of the pod, include a surface obscured by the seat when in an upright position. The controller tracks the position and orientation of the seat and displays seat controls on the interface at a convenient location. More than one interface may be disposed at different locations to conveniently accommodate passengers of different size or in different orientations. Vision sensors may track the position and orientation of a passenger and preemptively display controls at a convenient location.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING THE AIR-CONDITIONING FUNCTION OF A TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE SEAT
A method for controlling the air-conditioning function of a transportation vehicle seat wherein a value of an air-conditioning parameter is set by an operating element which is moved from a null position in two opposite directions. The air-conditioning parameter controls the distribution of an air-conditioning function in different regions along a first direction indicated by the geometry of the transportation vehicle seat. The separate regions include at least one first and second region. A uniform distribution of the air-conditioning function is produced in the regions in the null position of the operating element. When the operating element is moved in one direction of the two opposite directions, the value of the air-conditioning parameter for at least one of the first and second regions remains constant and is changed for at least the other of the first and second regions. Also disclosed is a device for carrying out the method.

An apparatus for controlling a position of a seat for a vehicle includes: an input unit for receiving a relaxation mode operation command for a vehicle seat from a user; a determination unit for determining a current position state of the vehicle by using a G-sensing value for the vehicle seat and a reference position value for the vehicle based on the relaxation mode operation command; and a control unit for controlling an operation module of the vehicle seat to compensate a position of the vehicle seat when the vehicle is located on an inclined road.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTING A VEHICLE SEAT
A system and method for adjusting a vehicle seat. The system has an electromechanical switch arranged on the vehicle seat and evaluation electronics for evaluating switching-position signals of the switch and for controlling at least one electromechanical actuator of the vehicle seat based on the switching-position signals. In order to enhance a vehicle equipped with at least one electromechanically adjustable vehicle seat, the system has at least one touch sensor arranged on the switch, the set of evaluation electronics being configured to detect, from sensor signals of the touch sensor, whether a person is currently touching the touch sensor, and to control the actuator based on the switching-position signals only when the person touches the touch sensor.

The present disclosure relates to a display device and a method of controlling the display device. The display device includes a display component, a touch component, a response component and a control component. The display component is configured to display a horn page; the touch component is configured to generate a horn touch signal according to a first touching operation occurring on the horn page, and output the horn touch signal to the controller and the response component; the controller is configured to trigger a horn to honk according to the horn touch signal; and the response component is configured to generate a first tactile response according to the horn touch signal while the horn is honking.

Vehicle seat adjustment systems that move more than one seat in a linked manner are disclosed. A vehicle seat adjustment system for a vehicle includes a front seat of the vehicle, one or more passenger seats behind the front seat, an input device configured to receive an input for adjusting positions of the front seat, a first actuator configured to adjust positions of the front seat, a second actuator configured to adjust positions of the one or more passenger seats, and a controller communicatively coupled to the input device and the first and second actuators. The controller instructs the first actuator to move the front seat in a longitudinal direction for a first distance in response to the received input, and instructs the second actuator to move the one or more passenger seats in the longitudinal direction for a second distance in response to the received input.

A method and device are provided for adjusting at least a first movable seat element of a vehicle seat, in which a graphic element of the vehicle seat to be adjusted is displayed with at least one graphic element of the first seat element on a display surface, in order to adjust the first seat element a first switching element and a second switching element are displayed on the display surface, wherein the first switching element comprises a first graphic arrow element and the second switching element comprises a second graphic arrow element, which graphic arrow elements distinguish opposite directions for moving the first seat element, and on actuating the first switching element a control signal is generated, by means of which the first seat element is moved in a first direction and, at the same time, the graphic element of the first seat element is moved.
CONTROLLING AN INTERIOR ENVIRONMENT OF A ROAD VEHICLE
An apparatus (101) for controlling an interior environment of a road vehicle (120) is disclosed along with a vehicle (120) including the apparatus, a method and a computer program (115). The apparatus comprises controller means (102) configured to control a seat adjustment means (103) for adjusting a configuration of a passenger seat (105) and control at least one parameter defining an interior environment of a road vehicle (120). The controller means (102) is configured to cause the seat adjustment means (103) to adjust the configuration of a passenger seat (105) to a predefined configuration and cause a first one of the parameters to be adjusted to a first predefined value, on receipt of a first signal from a user input means (104) indicating a user selection of a first mode.
