VEHICLE SEATING AND METHODS AND VEHICLES USING THE SAME
A vehicle seat can comprise: a base; a back connected to the base; an arm extending from the base; wherein the arm is configured to attach to a roof rail of a vehicle. A vehicle can comprise: a steering column; engine; a roof comprising a rail; and passenger compartment, wherein the passenger compartment comprises the vehicle seat, wherein the arm is attached to the rail. A method of arranging seating in a vehicle can comprise: sliding an arm of the vehicle seat horizontally along a slot in a roof rail and/or crossrail.
VEHICLE HAVING TRANSFORMABLE REAR SEAT
A vehicle includes a cabin interior, a floor, and a tailgate at the rear end of the cabin interior, wherein at least a portion of the tailgate pivots between a vertical closed position and a horizontal open position. The vehicle has a first seat track assembly is supported on the floor in the cabin interior, a second seat track assembly supported on the tailgate, and a seat assembly. The seat assembly including a first seat panel, a second seat panel, a bracket that allows the first seat panel and the second seat panel to pivot between a forward facing position and a rearward facing position, and a guide supporting the bracket on one of the first and second seat track assemblies, wherein the seat assembly may slide rearward along the first seat track assembly onto the second seat track assembly when the tailgate is in the open position.
Suspended vehicle seating system
Examples herein describe a vehicle seating system. The vehicle seating system may include a rail mounted to a vehicle roof and supported by a vehicle frame. The vehicle seating system may include an anchor system movable along the rail, the anchor system including: a locking device that locks the anchor system in a position along the rail; and a heating, vacuuming, and air conditioning (HVAC) port in communication with a HVAC duct within the vehicle roof. The vehicle seating system may include an interchangeable seat module that connects to the anchor system to suspend the seat module above a floor of the vehicle, wherein the seat module connects to the HVAC port.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat configured to accommodate at least two users, comprising a base, and a seating portion frame comprising at least two seating areas, a first and a second backrest which are pivotally hinged to the base, wherein the seat further comprises a connection system connecting the first backrest to the seating portion frame, configured so that the pivoting of the first backrest relative to the base causes the simultaneous movement of the seating portion frame relative to the base, and wherein the second width portion of the seating portion frame is connected to the base, by means of a connection mechanism, configured to enable movement of the seating portion frame relative to the base during the movement of the seating portion frame relative to the base.
Mechanical Seat Position Detection
A seat position detection apparatus for a vehicle seat which is guided using a seat rail in a floor rail of the vehicle. The seat position detection apparatus has a lock for the longitudinal setting of the seat rail and the floor rail in relation to one another, and a mechanical memory device that has a position determination unit and a position detection unit, which may be started symmetrically from both directions of the longitudinal adjustment of the vehicle seat to define a vehicle seat position.
Emergency vehicle patient transport systems
Emergency vehicle patient transport systems are disclosed. In one embodiment, an emergency vehicle patient transport system includes: a loading passage providing access to an interior of an emergency vehicle; one or more tracks coupled to a floor of the emergency vehicle, a ceiling of the emergency vehicle, a wall of the emergency vehicle or combinations thereof wherein, a travel path is delineated by the one or more tracks; and a chair slidingly engaged with the one or more tracks, and vertically positioned between the floor and the ceiling. The chair locks in one or more set positions. And, the one or more set positions are selected from a group consisting of an airway care position, an extended airway care position, a procedural care position, a responder position, a patient care position, and a patient load position.
SEAT FOR AUTONOMOUS DRIVING VEHICLE
A seat for an autonomous driving vehicle includes a cushion part; a back part coupled to a rear end of the cushion part through a recliner and having an adjustable angle in a front and rear direction; and a leg part rotatably coupled to a front end of the cushion part and having a lower side coupled to a seat rail. The back part is disposed to be vertically movable along a back rail located on a rear side of the back part, and the leg part is disposed to be movable back and forth by the seat rail.
Interior variable vehicle
An internal variable vehicle may include instrument panels provided on a side of an internal space of the vehicle, having a structure in which a portion thereof overlaps, configuring an embedding portion of the internal space when being developed, and forming an opening through which the internal space of the vehicle is externally exposed out of the vehicle when the portion thereof overlaps; a seat movable from the internal space of the vehicle to the outside; a guide provided on a floor of the internal space of the vehicle, and providing a path in which the seat is movable from the internal space of the vehicle to an opening side of the instrument panels; and a fixing module configured of fixing the seat to one point of the guide and releasing the fixing of the seat from the point of the guide when the seat is required to move to the outside of the vehicle through the opening of the instrument panels.
Adjustable Seat Assembly with Operator Controls for Riding Vehicles
Systems and mechanisms for facilitating concurrent positional adjustments of a seat with one or more steering controllers along a longitudinal direction of a vehicle, are disclosed. The embodiments provide a mechanism by which operators of a wide range of body types may comfortably occupy and use vehicles configured with lap bar controls, such as zero-turn radius mowers. In one example, the seat and steering controllers are both mounted on a support structure that is configured to be movable relative to a chassis of the vehicle.
SLIDE FOR SEAT
A slide for a vehicle seat, comprising a female rail having at least one vertical side wall, a male rail also having at least one vertical side wall, mounted to slide relative to the female rail, the female rail surrounding the male rail with the vertical side wall of the female rail facing the vertical side wall of the male rail, a position sensor comprising a means for measuring the surrounding magnetic field fixed to the vertical side wall of the male rail by means of a spring member, and arranged between the substantially planar wall of the male rail and the substantially planar wall of the female rail and oriented towards the substantially planar wall of the female rail.
