Pumping device for vehicle seat
A pumping device is disclosed for a vehicle seat, including a clutch means for receiving rotational force from the outside and transferring power to a link means of a seat cushion. The clutch means includes a clutch block rotated by the rotational force transferred from the outside, a clutch drum which is provided with the clutch block in an inside space and transfers the power to the link means of the seat cushion while rotating by the rotational force transferred from the clutch block, and a plurality of fitting pieces interposed between an outer peripheral surface of the clutch block and an inner peripheral surface of the clutch drum and transferring the rotational force of the clutch block to the clutch drum. The clutch block has a protrusion portion protruding radially from the outer peripheral surface and thus stress concentration is not generated on the plurality of fitting pieces.
Brake device for motor vehicle seat
A brake device for a motor vehicle seat is composed of a brake assembly, a tooth assembly, and a lever assembly. The brake assembly includes a housing, a pinion shaft, a braking component, and a drive wheel that are structured to be self-held in an assembled state by mechanical interaction thereamong. The tooth assembly includes a holder plate and a tooth plate that are structured to be self-held in an assembled state by mechanical interaction therebetween. The lever assembly includes an input lever, a cover, a coil spring, and a lever bracket that are structured to be self-held in an assembled state by mechanical interaction thereamong. The brake assembly, the tooth assembly, and the lever assembly are arranged and assembled together in an axial direction.
BRAKE DEVICE FOR MOTOR VEHICLE SEAT
A brake device for a motor vehicle seat includes a braking section for holding a pinion shaft in a braked and locked state. The braking section includes a housing including an inner periphery including a braking surface. First and second lock plates are arranged opposite to each other with respect to the pinion shaft in the housing. The pinion shaft includes a rectangular shaft part disposed between the first and second lock plates, wherein the rectangular shaft part includes an acting surface structured to be in contact with the first lock plate. The first lock plate is pressed on the braking surface of the housing by the acting surface. The acting surface includes a crest line corresponding in position to the center of the pinion shaft, and an inclined surface that descends from the crest line toward a radially outward end of the rectangular shaft part.

Brake device of vehicular seat adjuster
A brake device comprises a brake mechanism which comprises an output shaft having a drive gear secured thereto, a brake housing having a cylindrical braking surface therein and coaxially putting therein the output shaft, two pairs of clamp members movably and abreast installed in the brake housing in such a manner that paired two clamp members of each pair put therebetween an enlarged operation part of the output shaft and two springs that bias the two clamp member of each pair to pivot away from each other, in which each of the clamp members has an outer clamp surface that is slidably contactable with the cylindrical braking surface and includes larger and smaller clamp surface areas that are spaced from each other by a recess.
Stepless brake device of vehicle seat
The present disclosure relates to a stepless brake device of a vehicle seat. The coupling piece formed on the plate cover disposed on the outermost rear surface is caulked and coupled to the housing cover disposed on the outermost front side. Therefore, the components are firmly coupled, and no axial gap occurs between the components. Also, tolerance accumulation of the components does not occur, so that the tilt of the roller is reduced, and thus, collision noise of the roller during the release operation is prevented.
Seat adjuster
A seat adjuster, includes a brake acting between fixed and adjustable parts so the adjustable part is blockable in positions on the fixed part and releasable by a release element, an adjustment element acting on the release element, selectively adjusting the adjustable part in two opposite directions, and a locking element automatically engaging and interlockingly locking the adjustable part to the fixed part when the adjustment element is not actuated and automatically disengaging when the adjustment element is actuated, disengagement of the locking element and adjustment of the adjustable part being effected by moving the adjustment element out of neutral position, the locking element having a toothed segment for meshing with a toothed ring coupled to the adjustable part so the locking element is movable in the radial direction of the toothed ring between locking and release positions, in which the locking element meshes with or moves away from the toothed ring.
