Detachable vehicle seat
A detachable vehicle seat includes: a seat cushion including a seat latch for selectively securing the seat cushion to a vehicle body, and a seat control device for selectively unlatching the seat latch; a seatback pivotally attached to the seat cushion via a recliner device, the recliner device including a recliner control device configured to selectively cause the recliner device to be in a first state for locking the seatback in an upright position and a second state for locking the seatback in a stowage position; a first connecting element connecting the recliner device to the seat control device so that the seat latch can be unlatched only when the recliner device is in the second state; and a second connecting element connecting the seat latch to the recliner control device so that the recliner device can take the first state only when the seat latch is fully latched.
Child restraint spin lock and a safety seat having the same
A child restraint spin lock is adapted to be installed in a safety seat that includes a base member and a mid base being rotatable relative to the base member about an axis. The child restraint spin lock includes two locking components and a pivot component. The locking components are adapted to be co-rotatably connected to the mid base, are spaced apart from each other, and are adapted to be movable relative to the base member between a locked position and an unlocked position. The pivot component is adapted to be rotatable relative to the mid base about the axis, and is pivotally connected between the locking components such that movements of the locking components are synchronized by rotation of the pivot component.
HANDS-FREE RELEASE SYSTEM FOR A PASSENGER SEAT
Described is a passenger seat having a seat member moveable between a stowed position and a deployed position and at least one actuator coupled to at least one portion of the seat member, wherein the at least one actuator is activable without direct contact with a passenger's hand to change a lock state of the seat member, and wherein an unlocked state of the seat member permits movement of the seat member between the stowed position and the deployed position.
PULL-STRAP ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLE SEAT
A pull-strap assembly for actuating a recline mechanism of a vehicle seat includes a clevis having first and second pieces configured to snap into one another, wherein the pieces cooperate to define a cylindrical body and a cable connector. The assembly further includes a fixed anchor and a tension member having a fixed end connected to the anchor, an intermediate portion looped around the cylindrical body, and a free end. The clevis is configured to move towards the anchor responsive to the free end being pulled by a user to release the recline mechanism.
Utility vehicle
A utility vehicle includes a chassis and a work implement movably coupled to the chassis. An operator support is positioned within an operator cab. The operator support includes a seat and a backrest coupled to the seat. A position of the operator support is selectively adjustable relative to the chassis. The utility vehicle further includes a control system in communication with the operator support. The control system includes a sensor operable to sense a position of the work implement relative to the chassis, and a controller including a processor and a memory. The controller is configured to receive a signal from the sensor representative of the position of the work implement. The controller is further configured to generate a signal to automatically adjust the position of the operator support relative to the chassis based in part on the position of the work implement relative to the chassis.
Method and device for adapting a position of a seat device of a vehicle during and/or prior to a switchover of the vehicle from an automated driving mode to a manual driving mode
A method is described for adapting a position of a seat device of a passenger of a vehicle during and/or prior to a switchover of the vehicle from an automated driving mode to a manual driving mode, the method having at least a step of providing, in which an adjustment signal is provided to an interface to a seat device of the vehicle using a transition signal and a position signal, and the adjustment signal causes a change in the position of the seat device from a comfort position to an upright position, and the transition signal indicates or represents an upcoming transition from an automated driving mode to a manual driving mode of the vehicle, and the position signal indicates or represents the position of the seat device of the passenger, the provision of the adjustment signal taking place when the position signal indicates or represents the comfort position, and/or the provision not taking place when the position signal indicates or represents the upright position; and/or providing a blocking signal in response to the transition signal when the position signal indicates or represents an upright position, the blocking signal blocking an adjustment of the upright position to a comfort position by the passenger.
Gearing device for seat
Disclosed is a gearing device for a seat including a first internally toothed gear, a second internally toothed gear, an externally toothed gear, and an eccentric member. The first internally toothed gear includes a rotation center axis. The second internally toothed gear has the rotation center axis in common with the first internally toothed gear and is rotatably supported by the first internally toothed gear. The externally toothed gear is arranged to an inner side of the first and the second internally toothed gear, to thereby mesh with the first and the second internally toothed gears. The eccentric member rotates the externally toothed gear such that a rotation center thereof follows a path around the rotation center axis, rotatably supports the externally toothed gear about the rotation center, and rotates about the rotation center axis in response to a rotational force being externally input thereto.
VEHICLE SEAT LOCKING DEVICE
Disclosed is a vehicle seat locking device including: a single latch having an engaging groove and first through third arm portions; a ratchet having a restraining portion engaging the first and second arm portions, restraining the latch in first and second latching positions respectively; and an engagement auxiliary lever having a first auxiliary arm portion abutting with a leg portion of a striker and a second auxiliary arm portion pivoting by this abutment. The latch pivots from an unlatching position to the first latching position by engaging its engaging groove with the leg portion entered a striker entering groove of a baseplate, and pivots to a second latching position by the pivot of the second auxiliary arm portion. The leg portion exits the engaging groove by the pivot of the latch to the second latching position to be clamped between the engagement auxiliary lever and the third arm portion.
Vehicle seat bottom stopper
A vehicle seat includes a seat cushion supported on a frame. The seat cushion is removable from the frame to allow access an area beneath the seat. A handle is formed on a projecting portion of the seat cushion to facilitate grasping the seat cushion and to allow the seat cushion to be removed from the frame. A seat stopper is provided for preventing the projecting portion from contacting directly against a console or other surrounding part of the vehicle.
MANUALLY AND ELECTRICALLY ADJUSTABLE DEVICE
A rest device for a vehicle, including a support and an element that adjustable relative to the support. In addition, a drive unit including a drive motor is provided, which can be activated for the motor-driven adjusting of the element relative to the support, the drive unit being designed such that the element can be adjusted relative to the support both manually and using a motor.
