SEAT ELEMENT, IN PARTICULAR, HEADREST OF A VEHICLE SEAT
The present disclosure relates to a seat element, in particular, a headrest for a vehicle seat, the seat element comprising at least one support bar made of metal, a first layer provided at an exterior surface of the support bar, and a cushion made of an upholstery material. Hereby, the first layer is formed by blowing on first fibers made of plastics which are thermally welded directly or indirectly to the exterior surface.
At least part of the first fibers extends away from the exterior surface and/or the first layer towards the outside into the upholstery material and is thermally cross-linked with the upholstery material, in particular, blown-on further fibers.
Seat with Headrest for a Locomotive Means and Locomotive Means
A seat with a headrest for a locomotive means includes a carrier or support system for a backrest of the seat, a support element having an installation section, and a guide device. The headrest has a headrest box, wherein the installation section of the support element is arranged on the support system in a stationary manner in the region of the headrest. The headrest box is movably arranged on the guide device, and the headrest box can be locked relative to the guide device in a movement direction.
HEADREST FOR A VEHICLE SEAT
The invention relates to a headrest for a vehicle seat, comprising a first part; a second part that is able to rotate with respect to the first part; and a control rod for the relative movement between the first part and the second part; wherein the second part comprises an arcuate opening for receiving the rod, the opening comprising cavities; and wherein the rod is movable between an adjustment position in which the rod does not prevent the relative rotational movement between the first part and the second part; and a locked position in which the rod is trapped inside one of the cavities of the opening, thus preventing relative rotational movement between the first part and the second part.
VEHICLE SEAT ASSEMBLY WITH MASSAGE
A vehicle seat assembly is provided with a seat back and a head restraint assembly supported by the seat back. The head restraint assembly has a substrate with a main body extending from a transverse mounting surface to an upper edge of the head restraint assembly, and a projection extending downwardly from the mounting surface of the main body to a lower end of the head restraint assembly. The main body and the projection cooperating to define a continuous support surface for an occupant. A first massage element and a second massage element are supported by the projection. The first and second massage elements and the lower end of the head restraint assembly are positioned between the mounting surface and the lower end of the head restraint assembly. A head restraint assembly and a method of controlling a vehicle seat assembly are also provided.
HEADREST AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING A HEADREST
A headrest (1) for a vehicle includes a main element (2) on which a wing element (3) is mounted by means of a hinge (4) so as to be rotatable about a substantially vertical axis. So as to create a frictional locking function, the hinge (4) includes a shaft (41) with a projection (43) as well as a bush (42) with a receptacle (44) that is associated with the projection (43). The shaft (41) is mounted in the bush (42), and in a locked position the projection (43) engages into the receptacle (44).
Child restraint system with side impact bumper
A child restraint system includes a shell including an aperture formed therein. The child restraint system further includes a head support member disposed with at least a portion of the shell. The child restraint system further includes a bumper configured to extend through the aperture and contact a part of the head support member when a force is applied to the bumper.
Adjustable head and neck support system
The head and neck support system includes a pair of rods, a frame having an upper portion and a lower portion, and a pad having an attachment device, a first surface and a second surface. The pad wraps around the frame so as to form a loop to hold the head of a user against the second surface. The pad can have an eye mask or face mask section for a resting or sleeping position for the user. The lower portion of the frame is aligned with the back of the user so that the weight of the user stabilizes the frame. The rods connect the lower portion and the upper portion of the frame so that stabilization from the back of the user supports the pad and head of the user.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat includes: a seat cushion; a seat back that is connected to a rear part of the seat cushion; a head rest; and a connected member that is provided in the head rest. The head rest is arranged on top of the seat back in a standing state through the connecting member. The connecting member has a frame part, which constitutes a frame of the head rest, and a bracket part, which is fixed to the seat back side, in an integrated manner.
HEADREST
A headrest in one aspect of the present disclosure comprises a first frame member, a second frame member, a displacement mechanism to displace the second frame member with respect to the first frame member, a first guide shaft, a first bearing portion through which the first guide shaft is inserted, a second guide shaft, a second bearing portion through which the second guide shaft is inserted, a first fixing portion that comprises a first insertion hole into which one end of the first guide shaft is inserted, and a second fixing portion that comprises a second insertion hole into which one end of the second guide shaft is inserted.
INTEGRATED FOAM TYPE HEADREST HAVING DIFFERENT HARDNESS, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to an integrated foam type headrest and a manufacturing method thereof. The headrest includes: a headrest cover; a cushion member which is attached to the inside of the cover before forming foam of a foam material, and is made of material having high elongation and low resistant resilience; a partition member, attached to the inside of the cushion member, for preventing the foam material from penetrating the cushion member; a stay frame for fixing the headrest to a sheet; and a foam material which surrounds the stay frame and is filled in the inside of the cover of the headrest by means of foam-forming. Accordingly, even though a cushion member having a thickness of 10 mm or more is installed to satisfy the softness properties of the headrest, the cushion member can be stably adhered to the cover, and can be reliably installed even at a curved part. Furthermore, sewing convenience is achieved, and thus mass production is possible.
