The boom arm includes a rotatable crane pillar, a first boom pivotably mounted on the rotatable crane pillar about a first pivot axis, a second boom pivotably mounted on the first boom about a second pivot axis. The gripping or cutting head is pivotably mounted on the second boom about a third pivot axis, and a controllable pivoting device is provided, by which the gripping or cutting head can be pivoted about the third pivot axis from a folded-out working position, in which the gripping or cutting head is mounted in front of the second boom, into a folded-in storage position, in which the gripping or cutting head is arranged to the side of the second boom.
MATERIAL HANDLER TOWER
A tower for a material handler includes a housing surrounding an interior space. The tower has an interior mounting system including a base plate through which a plurality of interior mount openings pass. The interior mount openings are located at positions of the base plate that are interior of the housing. In some embodiments, the tower is part of a material handler that also includes two stabilizers located on opposite sides of the tower, a platform located above the tower, and a boom projecting away from the platform.
Hoist mechanism
A hoist mechanism for lifting articles, such as a mobility scooter, into and from an interior of an automobile has a boom arranged to be mounted on the vehicle. A length of webbing depends from the boom and can be attached to the article to be lifted in use. An electric motor is configured to retract the webbing to provide lifting of the article by winding the webbing onto a spool. The boom has a mounting bracket. The spool is mounted to one side of the mounting bracket and the electric motor is mounted on the other side of the mounting bracket. The boom may take the form of a pivoting and swiveling armature. The boom may be releasably latched in a raised condition for use.
CRANE, AND A METHOD OF A CRANE
A crane includes a control interface to receive an operating instruction defining a target position, and a controller to determine movements of crane components and to generate driving instructions to be applied to a system of hydraulic actuators. The controller estimates a pressure level of a required working pressure of a hydraulic pump of each of the hydraulic actuators for the determined movements, and compares the estimated pressure levels and identifies the hydraulic actuators as a high pressure function, or as a low pressure function, based on the comparisons. The controller determines a time period during a movement from a current position to a target position, in which only the hydraulic actuators identified as a high pressure function or as a low pressure function is/are activated, and generates driving instructions for the hydraulic actuators to perform the determined movements, including activation of the determined hydraulic actuators during the time period.
Device for Lifting the Bed of a Truck
A lifting device for lifting the bed of a truck comprises a bracket configured to be coupled to an undercarriage of the truck and a lifting mechanism coupled to the bracket. The lifting mechanism extends from the bracket to the underside of the bed and moves between a retracted position where the bed is supported by the undercarriage and an extended position where at least a portion of the bed is raised relative to the undercarriage.
Container Trailer Crane
A container trailer crane has an apparatus that includes a base, a crane arm, an outrigger, and a mechanical ram that is used in both positioning the outrigger and the crane arm.
SUSPENDABLE SCALE FOR WEIGHING A BUNDLE AND A FOREST MACHINE
The invention relates to a suspendable scale for weighing a bundle, comprising: a first part for suspending the scale from a structure; a second part for suspending an implement from the scale; a third part joining the first part and second part, the first part, second part, third part being at least partly radially nesting relative to one another; at least two strain gauges connected to the third part; a wireless transmitter for sending the measurement data to an operator; a self-powered power supply for feeding an electric current to the strain gauges and the wireless transmitter; a first space formed in the scale to integrate the wireless transmitter inside the scale; a second space to integrate the power supply inside the scale.
The invention also relates to an arrangement for hoisting a bundle.
ADAPTIVE CONTROL OF A HYDRAULIC TIMBER GRIP ON A TIMBER HANDLING DEVICE
The invention relates to a timber handling vehicle (1) and a timber grip, wherein said timber handling vehicle includes a load compartment (2), a crane (3) a timber grip (4), a hydraulic cylinder (4c), a hydraulic system (11, 12), a pump (15), a tank (16), a control valve (18) with which a fluid flow set under a pump feed pressure (P) is directed to a plus side (15:1) via a first pipe (15A) respectively a minus side (15:2) via a second pipe (15B). For efficient timber handling, the hydraulic system (11, 12) includes a third pipe (15C), which results in a regenerative fluid flow from the minus side (15:2) to the plus side (15:1) of the hydraulic cylinder (4c), a valve means (21) in the second pipe (15B), which valve means (21) is configured to; drive in a first operating condition, where the valve means (21) is closed and fluid flow from the minus side (15:2) to the plus side (15:1) of the hydraulic cylinder is directed via said third pipe (15C), receive a pressure indication that indicates a pump feed pressure (P) on the plus side (15:1) of the hydraulic cylinder (4c), determine whether the pump feed pressure (P) exceeds a first operating condition threshold value (Z1) and, if so, drive in a second operating condition, where the valve means (21) is open, and fluid flow from the minus side (15:2) of the hydraulic cylinder (4c) is directed to the tank (16).
Bridge detecting vehicle with two foldable arms
A bridge detecting vehicle with two foldable arms, including: a vehicle body, slewing mechanisms, horizontal and vertical arms and telescopic arms. One end of the two horizontal arms is respectively arranged on the slewing mechanisms, and the other end of the two horizontal arms is respectively connected to the two horizontal arms. A crossed arm is provided between the two horizontal arms. The two vertical arms are respectively connected to the two horizontal arms via ball joints. A detecting device is respectively provided at rear ends of the two telescopic arms.
Mobile working machine and method for supervising the manoeuvring of stabilizer legs included in a mobile working machine
A mobile working machine comprising: a chassis (5); stabilizer legs (10) connected to the chassis; a hydraulic crane (20) carried by the chassis and comprising a crane boom (25) articulately connected to a rotatable column (22) and a lifting cylinder (26) for pivoting this crane boom; and an electronic control device configured to establish a maximum allowed working pressure for the lifting cylinder while taking into account the contribution to the stability of the mobile working machine against tipping from each stabilizer leg (10) that is in an active supporting position. The electronic control device prevents a manoeuvring of a stabilizer leg away from the active supporting position if the working pressure of the lifting cylinder is higher than a threshold value corresponding to the value of the maximum allowed working pressure for the lifting cylinder that would ensue in case the stabilizer leg is made to leave the active supporting position.
