The support and the seat are pivotally connected together, so that the support can pivot around a horizontal axis under the action of the first adjustment mechanism.
Vehicle headlamp mounting assembly and vehicle
The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicles, and aims to provide a headlamp mounting structure which can achieve a trade-off between the “weakness” for pedestrian safety and protection and the “strength” for durability, impact resistance and modal parameters. To this end, the invention provides a vehicle headlamp mounting assembly and a vehicle. The vehicle headlamp mounting assembly includes an upper mounting bracket, a middle mounting bracket, a lower mounting bracket, a fender bracket, a connecting plate, and a reinforcing bracket. A bottom end of the reinforcing bracket is connected to the lower mounting bracket via at least one blind rivet. A first mounting structure is provided near an inner end of the upper mounting bracket. The fender bracket is provided with a second mounting structure. A third mounting structure is provided near the bottom end of the middle mounting bracket. A fourth mounting structure is provided near the bottom end of the reinforcing bracket. When assembled, an upper part of a headlamp is fixed via the first mounting structure and the second mounting structure, and a lower part of the headlamp is fixed via the third mounting structure and the fourth mounting structure.
Adjustment System for Vehicle Lamp
Disclosed is a system enabling micro-adjustments in headlamps having upper and lower modules. A link exists between the upper and lower modules, the length of the link is made to be adjustable. The lower module is located on a pivot so that adjustments made to the length of the link result in a desired lighting pattern.
Vehicle lighting device, vehicle headlight and vehicle
The present disclosure relates to a vehicle lighting system, and discloses a vehicle lighting device. The vehicle lighting device includes a bracket, a plurality of rotating arms and a plurality of lighting modules. The rotating arms include driving columns and rotating shafts; the plurality of lighting modules are mounted on the plurality of rotating arms respectively, and the rotating shafts are rotationally mounted on the bracket, so that the rotating arms can be independently driven by the driving columns to rotate around the rotating shafts; and the rotating shafts are horizontally arranged in parallel. The lighting modules can independently and synchronously rotate up and down, the adjustment range of a light pattern position is wide, an occupied space in a headlight is small, and control is convenient. The present disclosure further discloses a vehicle headlight including the vehicle lighting device, and a vehicle.
Light module with two or more reflectors for a motor vehicle
The invention relates to a light module (1) for a motor vehicle or for a motor vehicle headlamp, wherein the light module (1) has at least two or more light sources (10, 11), which are positioned in defined positions relative to one another, and wherein the light module (1) also has two or more reflectors (20, 21), wherein at least one reflector (20, 21) is associated with each light source (10, 11), wherein at least one of the reflectors (20, 21) is movably connected to at least one adjacent reflector (20, 21).
Displacement System for Simultaneous Displacement of Light Modules of Lighting Apparatus for Motor Vehicle
A displacement system for simultaneous displacement of a first and a second light module of a lighting apparatus, wherein the first light module is mounted so that it can swivel about a first swivel axis and the second light module is mounted so that it can swivel about a second swivel axis, and wherein the two swivel axes extend parallel to each other. The displacement system includes a first and a second control shaft, wherein the control shafts are mounted so that they can be rotated about their respective longitudinal axis and moved linearly in the direction of their longitudinal axis, wherein the first and the second control shaft are connected in a torque-proof manner to a first and a second rotary element, so that when the first rotary element rotates, the first control shaft is rotated in the direction of rotation of the first rotary element, and when the second rotary element rotates, the second control shaft is rotated in the direction of rotation of the second rotary element, and wherein a third rotary element is provided, which cooperates with the first rotary element such that when the third rotary element rotates, the first rotary element is rotated, and wherein the first rotary element and the second rotary element cooperate such that when the first rotary element rotates, the second rotary element is rotated in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation of the first rotary element, and wherein the first and the second control shafts are mounted in such manner that as a consequence of the rotations by the first and second rotary elements caused by the rotation of the third rotary element they move linearly in opposite directions along their respective longitudinal axes, and wherein the swivel axes extend that the two light modules are swiveled simultaneously and in the same direction about their respective swivel axis.
