VEHICLE OCCUPANT PROTECTION DEVICE
A vehicle occupant protection device includes: an airbag main body that includes a front-rear chamber that is deployed to a seat front side through a side of a head of an occupant by a gas ejected from an inflator operated when a collision of a vehicle is detected or predicted, and a tip end chamber that is deployed inward in a seat width direction from an end portion of the front-rear chamber on the seat front side; and a headrest that includes a main body portion that supports the head of the occupant from a seat rear side, and a side portion that is provided on at least a side of the main body portion, that protrudes to the seat front side until a deployment of the front-rear chamber is completed, and that is interposed between the front-rear chamber and the head of the occupant.
AIRBAG APPARATUS OF MOBILITY
An airbag is installed in a seat, and since an airbag cushion is deployed from an upper side of the seat toward the front of a passenger to expand so as to cover the passenger, the upper body of the passenger is stably restrained. In addition, the airbag cushion is deployed while advancing forward so as not to be interfered with by the passenger by the guide wire, and the binding force of the airbag cushion is secured by the guide wire so that the protection performance for the passenger via the airbag cushion is improved.
PNEUMATIC SEAT SAFETY SYSTEM OF VEHICLE, CONTROL METHOD, AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM
A safety system and control method for a pneumatic seat of a vehicle, and a computer-readable medium, the pneumatic seat (10) including a plurality of airbags (101, 102, 103, 104, 105, and 106) corresponding to body parts of an occupant, an information collection module, an information integration module (3), and a control module (4), where the information collection module is configured to collect vehicle body data, motion information, and external environment information of the vehicle, the information integration module (3) is configured to determine a current working scenario of the vehicle based on the vehicle body data, the motion information, and the external environment information; and the control module (4) is configured to inflate a seat cushion airbag (105) when it is determined that the current working scenario is a first working scenario, so as to partially deploy the seat cushion airbag (105); and is configured to fully inflate and deploy the seat cushion airbag (105) when it is determined that the current working scenario is a second working scenario.
SEAT-MOUNTED AIRBAG DEVICE
A seat-mounted airbag device includes an inflator, an airbag body, and a guide member. The airbag body includes a front-rear chamber and a tip chamber. The front-rear chamber is deployed forward of a seat through a clearance between a window and a head of an occupant from a side portion of a headrest on a window side by gas ejected from the inflator and disposed between the window and the head of the occupant. The tip chamber is deployed inward in a seat width direction from an end portion of the front-rear chamber on a seat front side and disposed forward of a face of the occupant on the seat front side. The guide member protrudes from the side portion prior to deployment of the airbag body and is interposed between the airbag body and the head of the occupant.
SEAT-MOUNTED AIRBAG DEVICE
A seat-mounted airbag device includes an inflator that is operated when a vehicle collision is detected or predicted and ejects gas and an airbag body that includes a front-rear chamber and a tip chamber. The front-rear chamber is deployed forward of a seat through a clearance between a window and a head of an occupant from a side portion of a headrest on a window side by the gas ejected from the inflator and disposed between the window and the head of the occupant. The tip chamber is deployed inward in a seat width direction from an end portion of the front-rear chamber on a seat front side and disposed forward of a face of the occupant on the seat front side. The airbag body housed in the side portion includes Fan outward wound portion wound outward in a roll shape with a seat up-down direction as an axial direction.
AIRBAG MODULE, VEHICLE SEAT HAVING AN AIRBAG MODULE, AND VEHICLE
The invention relates to an airbag module (12) comprising a restraint airbag (30) which is inflated in a situation of restraint and, in an inflated state, has a restraining effect on an occupant (16), and at least one backup member (36, 36a, 36b) which, in a restraining state, is at least in portions in contact with the inflated restraint airbag (30) and is configured so that it backs the restraint airbag (30) and in particular absorbs a force (F) applied to the restraint airbag (30) by contacting a vehicle occupant (16), wherein, in the inflated state, the restraint airbag (30) is interposed between the backup member (36, 36a, 36b) and the vehicle occupant (16), wherein the backup member (36, 36a, 36b) is arranged, in an initial state, on or in the airbag module. The invention also relates to a vehicle seat and a vehicle comprising an airbag module according to the invention.
Vehicle control system
This vehicle control system comprises: a driving control section 1 that performs switching between autonomous driving and manual driving of a vehicle V; a seat 10 that can be changed to forms which are different during autonomous driving and during manual driving; and a seat control unit 2 that controls the operation of the seat 10 when changing the forms. If the seat 10 is in the form adopted during autonomous driving, the driving control unit 1 can perform control so that the switching from autonomous driving to manual driving of the vehicle V is not performed. Thus, it is possible to improve safety when switching from autonomous driving to manual driving.
SEAT-MOUNTED AIRBAG DEVICE
A seat-mounted airbag device includes a guidance member and an airbag body which includes a front-rear chamber and a distal-end chamber and is accommodated in a side portion of a headrest of a window-side vehicle seat in a state where the airbag body includes an outward winding portion. At the time of a front end collision, the front-rear chamber deploys from the side portion through a gap between the head of an occupant sitting on the window-side vehicle seat and the head of an occupant sitting on a central-side vehicle seat and is disposed in the gap. The distal-end chamber deploys inwardly from a front end part of the front-rear chamber. The guidance member projects from the side portion prior to the deployment of the airbag body so as to be disposed between the airbag body and the head of the occupant sitting on the central-side vehicle seat.
VEHICLE OCCUPANT PROTECTING DEVICE
A vehicle occupant protecting device including: an airbag that is accommodated at an upper portion of a vehicle seat, that receives a supply of gas from an inflator and is inflated and expanded toward a seat front side, and that includes a front inflating portion, which is inflated at a seat front side with respect to a head portion of a vehicle occupant, and a pair of left and right lateral inflating portions, which are connected to the front inflating portion and are inflated at sides of the seat with respect to the head portion, the airbag being structured as an integral bag body that covers the head portion; and reinforcing portions that extend in a seat vertical direction at an interior of a seatback, and that connect an upper portion and a lower portion of a seatback frame that structures a frame of the seatback.
SHOCK ABSORBING SPEAKER
A loudspeaker arrangement in a motor vehicle includes a collision sensor transmitting a collision signal in response to detecting that the motor vehicle has been in a collision. An audio system transmits an audio signal. A loudspeaker includes an air bag connected thereto. The loudspeaker is coupled to the audio system and produces audible sounds based on the audio signal. The air bag is coupled to the collision sensor and is activated in response to the collision sensor transmitting the collision signal.
