A system includes a coupler with a first arm and a second arm. The first and second arms configured to couple to a roll cage. A first end may include a first recessed portion and a first aperture. A third end may include a second recessed portion and a second aperture. The first and third ends may contact each other and be secured together via a first fastener that passes through the first aperture and the second aperture. Further, the first recessed portion and the second recessed portion may receive a second fastener therebetween that may receive a latch plate of a safety belt or safety harness to maintain it in an upward position.

In a lift-up buckle device, a worm wheel is engaged with a screw drive. When a worm is rotated in a forward direction and causes the screw drive to move downward, the worm moves the worm wheel downward. On the other hand, when the worm is rotated in a reverse direction and causes the screw drive to move upward, the worm moves the worm wheel upward. Consequently, the worm wheel may be stably engaged with the screw drive, and the worm wheel and worm may be stably mated.

A motor vehicle (1) has a driver’s seat (8) which is assigned a safety belt (20) for a driver. The safety belt (20) here is held on a pivotable bracket (13). This bracket (13) is pivotable between a releasing position, which permits entry, and a restraining position, which protects the driver. The bracket (13) here is disposed in such a manner that said bracket (13) in the releasing position holds the safety belt (20) in a position in which the latter impedes the driver. In order to avoid any impediment of the driver in the restraining position of the bracket (13), the bracket (13) above the driver’s seat is elbowed away from the latter. (FIG. 3)

A vehicle seat belt device including: a buckle that is positioned so as to face a corner formed by a seat cushion and a seat back those constitute a rear center seat, and to which a tang of a seat belt is detachably attached; a webbing that connects the buckle to a lower floor; a loop portion formed on a side surface part of the buckle; and a first band that is inserted into the loop portion, is engaged with the buckle at one extending end, and is fixed to the seat back at the other end, is provided.

A belt buckle device (1) for a seat belt including a belt buckle, a drive device (2) coupled or coupleable to the belt buckle, threaded sleeve (5) coupled or coupleable to the belt buckle, a guide part (12) attachable fixed with respect to the vehicle for guiding the threaded sleeve (5) and for supporting the threaded spindle (10), wherein a support plate (9) is provided on the threaded spindle (10) in the axial direction of the threaded spindle (10), which support plate (9) is not displaceable by a tensile force exerted by the belt buckle, via which support plate (9) the threaded spindle (10) is supported in the axial direction on a first thrust support (6) of the guide part (12) to take up tensile forces exerted by the belt buckle.

A vehicle safety belt webbing and tongue/latch plate stowage assembly includes a safety belt webbing retractor disposed in a compartment and a pocket disposed adjacent to the compartment and configured for receiving the safety belt tongue/latch plate therein. The pocket is defined by at least a divider and a door configured for translation between an open configuration and a closed configuration. The closed configuration defines a gap between the wall and the door sufficient for passage therethrough of a safety belt webbing. A damper controls the rate of translation of the door between the open configuration and the closed configuration, providing a soft touch opening/closing feature. The door may be configured for pivoting between the open and closed configurations, or for sliding between the open and closed configurations.

A reduction in the durability of a coupling member coupled to a buckle is suppressed. A lift-up buckle device includes a buckle that engages with a tongue inserted through webbing worn by an occupant, and wires that each have a portion fixed to the buckle and that are displaced to move the buckle. The lift-up buckle device also includes a wire guide that includes a guide groove that guides the wires, and a soft lower cover that engages with the wire guide and covers the wires. A dimension of an end portion on the buckle side of the guide groove is set so as to increase on progression toward the buckle side.

A seat assembly for a vehicle includes a seat bottom; a seat back pivotably coupled to the seat bottom; and a seat belt buckle assembly coupled to the seat bottom and the seat back and movable from a first configuration to a second configuration when the seat back is pivoted relative to the seat bottom such that the seat belt buckle assembly does not interfere with the seat back when the seat back is collapsed against the seat bottom. Optionally, the seat belt buckle assembly is translated downwards with respect to the seat bottom from the first configuration to the second configuration when the seat back is pivoted forwards relative to the seat bottom. Optionally, the seat belt buckle assembly is pivoted forwards with respect to the seat bottom from the first configuration to the second configuration when the seat back is pivoted forwards relative to the seat bottom.

A seat belt device for a vehicle includes: a seat provided with a seatback and a seat cushion, and mounted on a floor panel; a buckle arranged at a lower edge of the seatback and coupled to a tongue member of a seat belt; a webbing having a base end thereof fixed to the floor panel, and a tip end thereof coupled to the buckle through between the seatback and the seat cushion; and a fixing band member arranged along a seat surface of the seatback. The fixing band member is provided with an auxiliary band member having the loop through which the webbing, coupled with the buckle at the tip end of the webbing, is inserted. The buckle inserted through the loop is held at an initial position by the auxiliary band member.
