Vehicle seat assembly
A vehicle seat assembly for a vehicle includes a vehicle seat, a seat support rail, a load limiter and a seatbelt assembly. The seat support rail supports the vehicle seat within the vehicle. The vehicle seat is adjustably supported to the seat support rail. The load limiter is supported to the seat support rail. The seatbelt assembly has a latch and a receptacle that receives the latch. The receptacle is movably supported to the load limiter. The receptacle is movable along the load limiter from a rest position to an operated position upon receiving a predetermined force.

Seat unit, vehicle, and conveyance seat
The time required to complete current-to-target state transitions of a plurality of movable portions constituting a seat is shortened. A seat unit 1 includes an occupant support portion S1, a plurality of movable mechanisms respectively moving a plurality of parts constituting the occupant support portion S1, and an ECU 40 controlling respective operations of the plurality of movable mechanisms. The ECU 40 causes each of the plurality of movable mechanisms to undergo a transition from a current state to a target state and the plurality of movable mechanisms have a first movable mechanism requiring a longest time for the transition. The ECU 40 causes the transitions of the plurality of movable mechanisms other than the first movable mechanism to be completed by completion of the transition of the first movable mechanism from the current state to the target state.
Vehicle seat belt anchorage location dependent on seat back recline angle
A seat belt anchorage assembly adapted to be coupled to an interior structure (e.g., a seat) of a vehicle, including: a seat belt attachment point adapted to receive one of a seat belt retention assembly and a seat belt buckle assembly; a translation mechanism coupled to the seat belt attachment point and adapted to translate the seat belt attachment point one or more of forwards and downwards with respect to the interior structure (e.g., the seat) of the vehicle responsive to a seat back of the vehicle being reclined. Optionally, the translation mechanism includes a mechanical linkage coupled between the seat back and the seat belt attachment point. Alternatively, the translation mechanism includes an electronic actuator coupled between the seat back and the seat belt attachment point.
Vehicle seatbelt assembly
A vehicle seatbelt assembly includes a load limiter having a seatbelt attachment portion and a seatbelt tension control mechanism that is configured to increase the length of a shoulder portion of a seatbelt in response to rapid or sudden deceleration of a vehicle, thereby reducing a level of tension experience by a seatbelt.

Vehicles including pillar garnish assemblies with seat belt latch-receiving structures
A seat belt assembly, a garnish to cover a vehicular pillar and a method of making a vehicular pillar garnish. The garnish used in the assembly cooperates with a belt with a connected latch such that when the latch is disengaged from a corresponding seat belt buckle, a latch-receiving structure with a recessed portion formed in the garnish prevents contact with latch such that vibratory movement imparted to the disengaged latch as a result of vehicular movement does not result in the latch knocking or banging against the garnish. The recessed portion includes more than one region that may be used to provide extra functionality to the garnish, such as one or more of temporary storage for a portable electronic device and seat belt rerouting.

Seatbelt assembly
An assembly includes a seat. The assembly includes a buckle supported by the seat. The assembly includes a buckle mechanism pivotable relative to the seat between a stowed position and a latching position, and having a carrier movable between a retracted position and an extended position. The assembly includes a latch plate supported by the carrier and engaged with the buckle when the buckle mechanism is in the latching position and the carrier is in the extended position.
