WEBBING TAKE-UP DEVICE
A webbing take-up device including: a spool; a rotating member configured such that the spool is rotated in a take-up direction by the rotating member being rotated toward one side; a cylinder open at an axial direction leading end side; a fluid supplier provided at an axial direction base end side of the cylinder and supplying a fluid inside the cylinder in a vehicle emergency; a moving member provided inside the cylinder, moved toward the axial direction leading end side of the cylinder due to pressure of the fluid, and rotating the rotating member toward the one side by being moved in a state in which a tooth of the rotating member has bitten into or pierced the moving member; and a stopper provided further toward a movement direction side of the moving member than a section where the tooth of the rotating member has bitten into or pierced the moving member, the stopper being pressed by a portion of the moving member where the biting into or piercing of the rotating member has been disengaged, the stopper being engaged by teeth of the rotating member, and the stopper suppresses rotation of the rotating member toward the one side by the stopper being moved toward the section where teeth of the rotating member bite into or pierce the moving member.
Tensioner for a vehicle safety device
A tensioner (10) for a vehicle safety device is provided with a tubular casing (12) in which a piston (18) is movably supported as well as with a closure member (26) closing the tubular casing (12) on the front face and forming a cable guide (38) for a tensioning cable (28) which may be connected to a belt buckle or an end fitting (34) and in which cable guide the tensioning cable (28) is deflected in arc shape. Further, the tensioner (10) comprises an inflator (24) accommodated in the closure member (26), wherein the tubular casing (12) includes a receiving area (14) for receiving the closure member (26) as well as a fastening portion (16) serving for fastening the tensioner (10) to a vehicle frame.
SEATBELT RETRACTOR FRAME ASSEMBLY
A seatbelt pretensioner system for use in a seatbelt retractor assembly having a spindle includes a frame assembly having a frame and an attachment bracket adapted to be interlocked to have an inner space for receiving the spindle, a housing adapted for being mounted to the frame and having an interior cavity, a pretensioner tube having a first tube end in fluid communication with a gas generator and a second tube end in fluid communication with the interior cavity of the housing, a pinion being rotatably mounted in the housing and fixedly coupled to the spindle adapted for taking up seatbelt webbing during pretensioning, and a pretensioner rod disposed inside the pretensioner tube. Further, the pretensioner rod has a proximal end disposed towards the gas generator and a distal end disposed away from the gas generator.
PRETENSIONER, RETRACTOR, AND SEAT BELT DEVICE
Provided are a pretensioner, a retractor, and a seat belt device that can effectively reduce kinetic energy of an injected power transmission member. A power transmission unit includes a power transmission member that is engageable with external teeth of the ring gear, a pipe that contains the power transmission member, a gas generator that is disposed at an end of the pipe, a piston that receives gas generated from the gas generator to press the power transmission member, a first stopper that is disposed on an upstream side of the power transmission member, a second stopper that is disposed between the power transmission member and the piston, and a pretensioner cover that defines a passage for the power transmission member.
Seatbelt retractor
A locking mechanism comprising a coupling member comprising an arm portion which is rotatably supported by a housing and adapted to rotate in a predetermined direction in response to the actuation of the pretensioner mechanism, a pressing portion adapted to press the pawl towards an engagement direction with the ratchet gear, and a coupling portion adapted to couple the arm portion and the pressing portion; and a rotating device adapted to hold the arm portion restrict a reverse rotation thereof; in the actuation of the pretensioner mechanism, when the pawl, pressed by the pressing portion and in contact with the ratchet gear rotating in the take-up direction, passes over each of teeth of the ratchet gear, the coupling member is elastically twisted and deformed between the arm portion and the pressing portion to hold the pawl in a state of being urged toward the engagement direction with the ratchet gear.
BELT RETRACTOR
A belt retractor having a belt reel, a safety belt which can be wound thereon to form a wound belt, a pyrotechnic belt tensioner having a drive device which is guided in a tube and can be driven to perform a drive movement, and at least one first further assembly arranged coaxially to the rotational axis of the belt reel and in series with the belt reel, a safety belt which can be wound thereon to form a wound belt, and at least one first assembly, wherein the tube has a straight linear section which extends parallel to the rotational axis of the belt reel and the longitudinal axis of the assembly and is arranged on the side of the belt reel.
Webbing take-up device
When disassembling after a gas being supplied into a tube member, the gas in the tube member is discharged before the tube member and a moving member become separable. In a webbing take-up device, a cover plate cannot be removed from a frame and thereafter a cylinder and a piston inside the cylinder cannot be separated before covering of a fixing screw with a covering section of a plate being released by removing a screw from an exhaust port of the cylinder and by removing the plate from the cylinder. Thus, after a high-pressure gas being supplied into the cylinder, the high-pressure gas inside the cylinder can surely be discharged by removing the plate from the cylinder and the exhaust port is opened by the screw before the cylinder and the piston being separated.
WEBBING TAKE-UP DEVICE
In a vehicle emergency, a spool of a webbing take-up device is rotated in a pull-out direction such that a main lock is displaced toward a rotation-radial direction outside of the spool and engages with a clutch gear configuring a first rotation body. Rotation of the spool in the pull-out direction is thus restricted. Also in a vehicle emergency, the first rotation body is rotated in a take-up direction of the spool such that the main lock engages with the first rotation body, and rotation force of the first rotation body is transmitted to the spool through the main lock and the spool is rotated in the take-up direction.
FORCE TRANSMISSION ELEMENT FOR A DEVICE FOR BELT TENSIONING AND A DEVICE FOR BELT TENSIONING WITH SUCH A FORCE TRANSMISSION ELEMENT
A force transfer element for an apparatus for belt tightening is provided, wherein the force transfer element is a rod-shaped body that is essentially structured over its total length and/or is formed from at least a first and a second part.
BELT RETRACTOR
The present invention relates to a belt retractor for a safety belt device, comprising a shaft for winding a belt, a frame, an opening in the frame, wherein the shaft extends through the opening, a locking element, and an internal toothing, wherein the locking element engages in the internal toothing to prevent the shaft from rotating in a direction of rotation, wherein the internal toothing is formed in a plate, and the plate is fastened to the frame, without a form-fitting connection with an inner contour of the opening.
