STEERING SYSTEM
A steering system is configured such that electric power is supplied to a steering actuator and a turning actuator from a first power supply when a power state of a vehicle is an on state and supply of the electric power from the first power supply is cut off when the power state is an off state. The steering system includes a rotation curbing unit configured to operate such that rotation of the steering wheel is curbed in at least a part of a first power-off period from when the power state becomes an off state until when the power state becomes the on state next, as an operating period, and a second power supply configured to supply, to the rotation curbing unit, the electric power required for operation of the rotation curbing unit in the operating period, the second power supply being different from the first power supply.
Electronic circuit
An electronic circuit includes a regulator circuit including at least one regulator configured to supply a predetermined voltage by receiving a power supply from a main power source circuit, a functional circuit configured to operate on the voltage supplied from the regulator and perform a predetermined function, and a monitor circuit connected to at least one of the regulators and configured to monitor operation mode information inputted to the regulator. When detecting that the operation mode information contains sleep transition information to make a transition from a normal mode as a normal operation state to a sleep mode as an operation state where power consumption is smaller than that in the normal mode, the monitor circuit outputs a voltage output maintaining signal to the regulator connected to the monitor circuit to supply the voltage capable of causing the functional circuit to operate in the normal mode.
POSITION DETECTION DEVICE
A position detection device includes a magnetic field generating portion to generate a magnetic field and move between a first position and a second position, a first magnetic detection element to detect a first magnetic field, a second magnetic detection element to detect a second magnetic field different from the first magnetic field, and a determination unit to determine that the magnetic field generating portion has reached the first position when the first magnetic detection element and the second magnetic detection element both detect a predetermined threshold value.
Steering column lock cylinder module
A keyed cylinder sleeve includes a body and an anti-rotation feature. The body extends between a first end and a second end along an axis. The body has a first face and second face disposed about the first end, an inner bore configured to receive a keyed cylinder, and a holding block extending from the second face towards the second end. The anti-rotation feature is connected to the body and is disposed adjacent to the holding and is disposed proximate the second end.
