A device including a first section, a second section, and a stopper means. The first section includes a first handle and a first clamp half, and the second section includes a second handle and a second clamp half. The device is useful for clamping to any area of a steering wheel to, at least substantially, inhibit unauthorized movement of the steering wheel. When the first clamp half and the second clamp half are attached to a driver-door side of the wheel-section, the device may at least substantially inhibit unauthorized entrance to the vehicle.

A multi-lock vehicle theft prevention system and device are provided. The system may include an electronic device in communication with a wireless network and a multi-lock vehicle theft prevention device for use with a vehicle. The device may include a major cover and a minor cover. The first cover and the second cover may be configured to encircle a control housing, or other portion of a vehicle or other possession, positioned between the first cover and second cover and a lock bar may be configured to removably couple the first cover and second cover together.

A hydraulic system bleed system for a vehicle, including a hydraulic system bleed device, including a pneumatic air cylinder containing air in an interior portion thereof, a ram rod disposed at least partially within the pneumatic air cylinder, such that the pneumatic air cylinder and the ram rod are disposed between a steering wheel and a brake pedal of the vehicle, and a recoil spring disposed within the interior portion of the pneumatic air cylinder to provide a springing reciprocating movement for the ram rod, and a mobile device to provide a signal to the hydraulic system bleed device to initiate the reciprocating movement such that the brake pedal is depressed.

A multi-lock vehicle theft prevention system and device are provided. A wheel to pedal lock with one end connected a steering wheel and the other end fits around a single brake pedal or two adjacent brake pedals of a vehicle. The wheel to pedal lock comprises: a first elongated member, a rectangular plate, a first hook member, a second hook member, a second elongated member, a third hook member, and a lock mechanism. The first elongated member is perforated to provide a first hole, the second elongated member is perforated to provide a plurality of second holes, wherein when the first hole is aligned with one of the plurality of second holes the lock mechanism is capable of engaging the first hole with the aligned second hole to prevent movement of the first elongated member relative to the second elongated member.

A seat belt buckle for a seat belt fastener and a vehicle steering wheel locking method. The seat belt buckle includes a housing, and a buckling assembly and a locking assembly mounted on the housing. The buckling assembly includes a buckling slider, a tripping button, and a stop slider. The locking assembly includes a limiting panel and a lock. When a latch plate is inserted in to a plate hole of the seat belt buckle, the latch plate engages with the buckling slider. When the lock is switched to a locking state, the limiting panel is driven to limit the tripping button to prevent the tripping button from being pressed, and the latch plate and the buckling slider from disengaging from each other.
