LADDER SYSTEMS, AGRICULTURAL VEHICLES, AND RELATED METHODS
A ladder system includes a rail, a ladder bracket supported by and configured to slide along the first rail and the second rail, a ladder coupled to the ladder bracket and configured to rotate with respect to the ladder bracket between a lowered position and a storage position, and a bumper coupled to the ladder and configured to apply a force to a bumper stop when the ladder is in the lowered position to keep the ladder bracket from sliding along the rail. An agricultural vehicle includes a chassis supported by a plurality of wheels, and a ladder system carried by the chassis. Related methods are also disclosed.
Gangway having self-raising assembly
A gangway comprises a fixed platform and a support structure connected to the fixed platform in a manner that allows the support structure to rotate with respect to the fixed platform between a raised stowed position and a lowered deployed position. A self-raising assembly is operative to rotate the support structure from the deployed position to the stowed position. The self-raising assembly includes at least one fluid actuated cylinder connected between the fixed platform and a distal end of the support structure. A raising actuator is usable by an operator to cause operation of the cylinder in a manner that rotates the support structure toward the stowed position.
RAILING ASSEMBLY FOR TRAILER
A railing assembly includes at least one ratcheting post and at least one connection post. The at least one ratcheting post includes at least one ratcheting assembly attached to the at least one ratcheting post for selectively engaging a strap and the at least one connecting post including at least one attachment point for engaging an attachment member on the strap.
Foldable guardrail assembly for selectively facilitating access to a machine component
A foldable guardrail assembly is provided for selectively facilitating access to a machine component located onboard a vehicle. The vehicle has a platform with a handrail disposed thereon and located adjacent to the machine component. The guardrail assembly includes a set of guardrails pivotally connected to each other in a successive manner via at least a corresponding number of hinge assemblies. A first one of the guardrails is pivotally connected to an upright portion of the handrail via a first hinge assembly. The guardrail assembly further includes a first latch assembly provided, at least in part, on a last one of the guardrails. The first latch assembly is configured to releasably secure the last one of guardrails to the platform when the guardrails operably move into in a fully unfolded position, via the hinge assemblies, for providing access to the machine component located onboard the platform.
WORK VEHICLE
An access device is configured to be switched between a stored state in which an access member is stored in a vehicle body and a deployed state in which the access member is deployed. In the stored state, an exterior cover becomes a portion of the an exterior surface of the vehicle body and the access member is stored inside the vehicle body. In the deployed state, the access member extends from the vehicle body toward the a ground surface and the exterior cover is disposed on the a back side of the access member.
FOLDING HANDRAIL FOR WORK VEHICLE
A handrail system for a work vehicle has a handrail including a first rail member configured to extend in first direction and a second rail member coupled to the first rail member and configured to extend in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction. The handrail system also has a fold structure configured to couple the handrail to the work vehicle and move the handrail between an upright position and a folded position with respect to the work vehicle. When in the folded position, the handrail has a support surface that is elevated along a central area of the handrail higher than at least one side of the handrail.
Mobile fall protection unit for flatbed platforms
A mobile fall protection unit can be maneuvered by hand and brought to a flatbed with readily deployable, temporary fences for worker fall protection. The mobile fall protection unit can include a chassis, which carries a frame, which in turn carries a ladder as well as selectively deployable fall protection devices for worker fall protection. The frame carries a pair of retractable fall barriers separated from each other by about the width of the back of the flatbed.
Hinge mount system for utility vehicle
An accessory mount for a vehicle comprising: (a) one or more hard mounting points, (b) a body mount portion configured to connect to the vehicle, (c) a lateral support portion extending between and connecting the one or more hard mounting points and the body mount portion, and (d) a pivot portion connected to an extending from the lateral support portion, the pivot portion being configured to connect to a moving member of the vehicle; wherein the one or more hard mounting points are configured to accept an accessory bracket and the accessory bracket is configured to accept one or more accessories.
Mobile Refueling Vessel
A mobile vessel for refueling an engine or tank of a vehicle at a remote refueling site. A refueling station is mounted to the mobile vessel and includes a movable platform mounted to a generally horizontal deck. The platform is movable between a deployed position and a stowed position. In the deployed position the platform extends away from the deck to provide a floor for the worker to stand on to connect the fuel dispenser to the engine or tank. In the stowed position the movable platform is folded from the deployed position towards the generally horizontal deck.
