Vehicle component

A component for a vehicle may comprise a roller rotatable relative to a base, a sheet coupled to the roller and movable between a retracted state and an extended state, a lock mechanism and a button. The lock mechanism may disengage to allow sheet movement and engage to block sheet movement. The lock mechanism may comprise an arm to engage the teeth on the roller to hold the sheet in the extended state. The button may comprise a latch to prevent engagement. The component may comprise an actuator to move the lock mechanism to block sheet movement and rotate the roller to provide tension in the sheet. The actuator may comprise a motor. The component may comprise a sensor and a controller for the actuator/motor. The component may comprise a cover or retractable table.

Vehicular luggage tray apparatus

A vehicular luggage tray apparatus is capable of receiving and storing goods in a main tray and a sub tray, and of receiving and storing the main tray and the sub tray in an unused space in a side wall of a luggage room of a vehicle.

Transport trolley for consignments, and method for operating the transport trolley

A transport trolley for consignments having wheels which define a contact plane for moving the trolley, having a load compartment for receiving consignments during transport, and having a shelf for carrying consignments. The shelf can be adjusted from a lower non-use position arranged in the load compartment into an upper, moderate use position arranged outside the load compartment, and back. The shelf can be adjusted from a lower non-use position arranged in the load compartment into an upper, elevated use position arranged outside the load compartment, and back. The moderate use position and the elevated use position are arranged in a range between 1.0 m and 1.7 m above the contact plane. The elevated use position is arranged above the moderate use position, and a drive is provided for at least partially adjusting the height of the shelf above the contact plane.

COVER FOR A GAP BEHIND A REAR SEAT BACKREST IN A VEHICLE

A cover is provided for covering a gap between a rear seat backrest of a vehicle and a luggage space cover of the vehicle, which cover extends in the transverse direction of the vehicle. The cover has a surface element which can be pulled out of a housing of the luggage space cover. Arranged on the surface element is at least one support element which, when pulled out of the housing, can be moved from a first stable position into a second stable position, wherein in the housing there is arranged at least one forced guide which at least at the output side thereof has a curved configuration so that the support element is forced into the second stable position.
