Provided are a door trim attached on a vehicle cabin side of a vehicle door and including a storage recess curved outward in a vehicle-width direction, and a release switch disposed in the storage recess and pushed in a predetermined operating direction to output a latch release signal to an actuator that moves a latch member. The latch switch is completely stored in the storage recess, and the operating direction is tilted toward the rear of the vehicle relative to an axis extending outward in the vehicle-width direction.

One of the projection and the ramp may slide along the other as the cover opens and/or closes. The mechanism may comprise a cam surface and a follower. The base and/or cover may flex at the pivot joint. The cover may comprise a door, bin or sunglass bin. The component may comprise a console, center stack/console, floor console, overhead console, instrument panel, door panel, etc.

A method according to an exemplary aspect of the present disclosure includes, among other things, providing the power interface in the vehicle door panel to power at least one of the plurality of powered devices, and providing a communications link between at least one of the plurality of powered devices and a vehicle touchscreen or control.

A vehicle interior mountable and adjustable bottle holder apparatus is provided having an L-shaped base, a slidably removable clip, and an adjustable elastic strap for securely holding and mounting bottles of soap, sanitizer, and similar hygienic products of various dimensions within multiple interior areas of a vehicle. The slidably removable clip is adapted for three positions; an extended, a closed, and a removed position relative to the L-shaped base. The slidably removable clip has a headrest attachment aperture or an interlocking headrest clamp, each adapted to receive and securely retain a headrest pole. In another embodiment the L-shaped base has an extruding air vent clip retention channel with air vent clips for mounting the apparatus to the vehicle's air vent. The apparatus is also adapted for insertion and retention into a side window panel in a door, attachment to an inside door handle, and an armrest of the vehicle.

A car window and door guard has an upper or window portion configured to be mounted over the window frame surrounding the window of a car door, and a lower or door portion or cover configured to be lie over the door panel. The window portion has a front panel and a rear panel to form a sleeve. The window portion is generally see-through or transparent. The door includes an upper strip or section and a series of window tabs. Each window tab has a generally flat or planar portion extending from an elongated upper channel portion. The channel portion captures the door window slot or surround to prevent the window tab from being moved upward during the raising of the window. The door portion also has a lower section extending downwardly from the upper section that drapes over the car's door panel to protect the door panel.
