Motor vehicle wiper blade
A motor vehicle wiper blade includes a spoiler which extends along a longitudinal direction and a lip disposed on the spoiler. The spoiler has, along the longitudinal direction, a cutout which extends in a direction of the lip. The motor vehicle wiper blade has an inner circle side and an outer circle side. The cutout is disposed on the inner circle side of the motor vehicle wiper blade and there is no cutout on the outer circle side of the motor vehicle wiper blade.
WIPER SYSTEM
In an opposite arrangement-type wiper system, an operation range 5b of an assistant driver's seat-side wiper blade 1b is set in such a way as to be narrower than an operation range 5a of a driver's seat-side wiper blade 1a and to overlap with the operation range 5a only partially. A lower side turn point Lb of the wiper blade 1b is set near an outer periphery R of the operation range 5a and an overlapping operation range 6c is formed between the operation ranges 5a and 5b. A normal stop position of the wiper blade 1b at the time when the wiper system is not running is set on the side of an upper side turn point Ub. While being arranged opposite from each other, the wiper blades 1a and 1b operate in tandem in the same direction when moving back and forth for wiping.
VEHICLE WIPER DEVICE AND VEHICLE WIPER DEVICE CONTROL METHOD
A vehicle wiper device is provided including a first motor that swings a wiper arm such that a wiper blade coupled to a leading end portion of the wiper arm wipes a windshield, a second motor that extends or retracts an extension and retraction mechanism provided to the wiper arm in order to change a wiping range of the wiper blade, and a controller that controls rotation of the first motor such that the first motor rotates at a rotation speed corresponding to a wiping speed, and that controls rotation of the second motor so as to extend or retract the extension and retraction mechanism by an extension or retraction amount corresponding to the wiping speed during a wiping operation.
VEHICLE PROVIDED WITH AT LEAST TWO WINDSCREEN WIPER DEVICES OF THE FLAT BLADE TYPE
A vehicle provided with at least two windscreen wiper devices (1) of the flat blade type each comprising an elastic, elongated carrier element, as well as an elongated wiper blade (2) of a flexible material, which can be placed in abutment with a windscreen of the vehicle to be wiped, each wiper blade (2) including at least one groove (3), in which groove (3) a longitudinal strip (4) of the carrier element is disposed, which windscreen wiper devices (1) each comprise a connecting device (6) for a respective oscillating arm (7), wherein each oscillating arm (7) is pivotally connected to its corresponding connecting device (6) about a pivot axis near one end, wherein each connecting device (6) comprises at least two parts (8, 9) provided with protrusion/hole means arranged for connecting said parts (8, 9) together through a snapping operation, wherein the first part (8) is retained onto its corresponding wiper blade (2) and wherein the second part (9) comprises a channel arranged for inserting a rod-like extension of its corresponding oscillating arm (7) therein, and wherein each second part (9) and said extension of its corresponding oscillating arm (7) comprise mutually cooperating protuberance/groove means resulting in an asymmetric form of said second part (9) and of said extension of said oscillating arm (7) with respect to their middle longitudinal planes, seen in vertical direction, in order to ensure that each windscreen wiper device (1) can only be mounted on its corresponding oscillating arm (7).
Support structure for front wiper device for vehicle
A support structure for a front wiper device for a vehicle having an annular pivot cap which surrounds, under a deck garnish, a periphery of a pivot on which a base end portion of a wiper arm is supported is provided. The pivot cap includes a bottom plate section that is in an annular shape surrounding the periphery of the pivot, and is extended to a vehicle front side, and a flange section extending upward from an edge portion of the bottom plate section. The flange section is opened at a vehicle front side, and is provided with an opening. In a region at a vehicle rear side and at an electric motor side, of the bottom plate section, a protrusion that protrudes upward from a region at a side opposite to the electric motor is included.
Brushless motor and wiper apparatus
An object of the present invention is to provide a brushless motor and a wiper apparatus which allow high-precision control of a motor unit, and which can be reduced in size and weight. The first surface (91) of the control board (90) is provided on the same side as the rotating shaft (46) and the output shaft (51) so as to face the sensor magnet (MG1), the first and second Hall ICs (94a) and (94b) are mounted on the first surface (91). The second surface (92) of the control board (90) is provided on the opposite side from the first surface (91), and the third Hall IC (94c) is mounted on the second surface (92), and located between the first and second Hall ICs (94a) and (94b) so as to face the sensor magnet (MG1). In addition, the MR sensor (95) is mounted on the first surface (91) so as to face the second sensor magnet (MG2).
