NEGATIVE-PRESSURE-TYPE BOOSTER
A negative-pressure-type booster includes: a booster shell attached to a support member of a vehicle; a front shell and a rear shell which constitute the booster shell; and, at the four corners of a flat part of the rear shell, linking bolts having affixed thereto protruding parts that each protrude rearward from the flat part, the protruding parts being passed through continuous connecting holes in the support member, the negative-pressure-type booster characterized in that the linking bolts are composed of upper linking bolts arranged to the upper side of the center axis of the booster shell and lower linking bolts arranged to the lower side of the center axis of the booster shell, the protruding part of either of the upper linking bolts extending farther rearward than the protruding part of the other upper linking bolt and the respective protruding parts of the lower linking bolts.
Vacuum brake booster provided with tubes for fixing screws to pass through and method for producing same
A vacuum operated brake booster, comprises a casing including a base defining at least one hole, and at least one tube extending through the casing and configured to receive a screw for fastening the brake booster to a wall of a passenger compartment of a vehicle. The tube defines a rear end with a peripheral fold forming a rear groove, and an extension extending beyond the rear groove, the extension defining a first outer edge and being configured to be folded toward an outer side of the tube to form a crimping lip. The at least one hole is bordered by a recessed ring having a form complementary to that of the rear groove of the rear end of the at least one tube. The extension is configured to be folded above a second outer edge of the recessed ring and blocked in the groove.
Pneumatic brake booster having a connecting pin
A pneumatic brake booster for a hydraulic motor-vehicle brake system, including a booster housing, having a front and a rear housing shell, and at least one connecting pin, which is arranged in the booster housing such that the at least one connecting pin extends axially parallel to the center axis and which supports the booster housing from the inside by two supporting formations and which protrudes through the booster housing from the inside to the outside on at least one side by an end segment. In order to ensure simple intermediate handling of the brake booster before and during the assembly of the brake system and to improve the durability and corrosion resistance, the housing shells are arranged in such a way that the housing shells are each connected to the connecting pin such that the housing shells are secured against being axially moved apart from each other.

Vacuum brake booster having tubes through which attachment screws pass and method for realizing same
A vacuum-operated brake booster includes a housing which consists of a bottom and a cover having an intermediate piston through which tubes, through which attachment screws are to pass, extend. The front end of the tube is threaded, and a peripheral groove is provided behind the thread, a flange being crimped in the groove behind the cover in the housing. The master cylinder is attached via the lugs thereof, which are fitted into the front end of the tube against the front surface of the cover and locked by the nut screwed onto the thread. The front end of the tube has a peripheral groove receiving the flange that consists of a ring and a sleeve, the lip of which penetrates into the groove by crimping. A gasket completes the seal.
HYDRAULIC ASSEMBLY, HOUSING ASSEMBLY FOR A HYDRAULIC ASSEMBLY, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A HOUSING ASSEMBLY
A housing assembly for a hydraulic assembly. The housing assembly includes a housing part at least partially enclosing an internal volume, having a through-opening extending between a housing-part inner face directed toward the internal volume and a housing-part outer face oriented in the opposite direction thereto, a region of the inner face surrounding the through-opening forming a depression; a tension anchor extending with an inner portion in the internal volume of the housing part and protruding through the through-opening, an outer portion of the tension anchor protruding beyond the outer face of the housing part; an anchor nut screwed onto the inner portion of the tension anchor and having a sealing face; and a sealing element arranged in the depression and bearing on the inner portion of the tension anchor, on the region of the inner face surrounding the through-opening, and on the sealing face of the anchor nut.
