The present disclosure in some embodiments provides a brake apparatus for a vehicle, comprising: a reservoir configured to store a working fluid; a master cylinder connected to the reservoir; a hydraulic circuit connected to a wheel brake; a primary brake unit configured to supply a hydraulic pressure to the wheel brake through the hydraulic circuit; and a secondary brake unit configured to supply a hydraulic pressure to the wheel brake through the hydraulic circuit, wherein the hydraulic circuit comprises: a first hydraulic circuit coupled to the reservoir, the master cylinder, and the secondary brake unit; a second hydraulic circuit coupled to the reservoir and the primary brake unit; and a third hydraulic circuit coupled to the primary brake unit, the secondary brake unit, and the wheel brake.

A brake system for a motor vehicle, having a first hydraulic brake device configured to brake wheels on a first axle of the motor vehicle, a first control unit configured to control the braking operation of the wheels on the first axle; and a second hydraulic brake device configured to brake the wheels on a second axle of the motor vehicle, and a second control unit configured to control the braking operation of the wheels on the second axle. The first control unit is coupled with the second control unit via a communication channel. The first control unit and the second control unit are each configured to receive data that are relevant for the control of the braking operation, the first control unit furthermore being configured to transmit a data signal on the basis of the received data via the communication channel to the second control unit.

The disclosure relates to method for activating a fluid solenoid valve in a fluid system of a vehicle, in which, in order to set a switching mode, an activation voltage applied to a coil arrangement of the fluid solenoid valve. It is provided here that the activation voltage is set depending on an operating criterion to at least two different operating modes, wherein, in a first operating mode, a current regulation of the coil current flowing through the coil arrangement is performed, and in a second operating mode differing from the first operating mode.

A valve cartridge for insertion into a valve block for a manifold valve for accommodating a valve in the valve cartridge includes at least one through opening for the passage of fluid flowing to the valve and a filter device for filtering the fluid. The valve cartridge includes a first part and a second part, which are interconnected in such a way that the through opening is formed by the first and second part, the filter device being arranged between the first part and the second part.

[Problem] The present invention relates to a hydraulic control unit that includes a pump for increasing a hydraulic pressure of a brake fluid.

[Means for Resolution] The hydraulic control unit according to the present invention includes: a discharge channel from which the brake fluid is discharged, the brake fluid being pressurized by the pump; a pulsation reducing unit disposed in the middle of the discharge channel; and a controller controlling the pump and the pulsation reducing unit. The pulsation reducing unit includes: a valve housing; a fixed core fixed to the valve housing; a movable core received in the valve housing in an axially movable manner; a closing member interlocking with the movable core and closing the discharge channel; a coil disposed in a manner to surround the valve housing and the fixed core; and an inflow chamber which is formed by the valve housing and one end surface of the movable core, into which the brake fluid from the discharge channel flows, and whose volume can vary.

An electromagnetic valve comprises a valve body having a dividing wall which separates a first chamber and a second chamber and a through-hole formed in the dividing wall and in which a valving element is inserted, a guide member having a main body portion disposed between an outer peripheral surface of the valving element and an inner peripheral surface of the valving element and forming a gap with the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole, an insertion hole through which the valving element is inserted and which slides against the outer peripheral surface of the valving element, a flange portion provided on an one-end side of the main body portion and being in contact with the dividing wall and a tapered portion provided in the one-end side and disposed inside the first chamber. The flange portion is pushed toward the dividing wall by a pushing member.

A pressure control valve for a vehicle is provided. The pressure control valve for a vehicle includes: a valve body having an oil inlet part into which oil discharged from a wheel cylinder flows; a driving part installed in the valve body; a plunger connected to the driving part and movably installed inside the valve body; a valve seat disposed inside the valve body and having an oil passage part formed such that the oil flowing into the oil inlet part is supplied to an accumulator; a first elastic member installed to apply an elastic force to the plunger such that the plunger returns to an original position; an opening and closing member installed in the oil passage part to open the oil passage part when the opening and closing member is pressed by the plunger; and a second elastic member applying an elastic force to the opening and closing member such that the opening and closing member closes the oil passage part.

The vehicular brake device includes a determination unit, a ratio setting unit, and the control unit. The determination unit determines the operating condition of a vehicular brake device. The ratio setting unit sets, on the basis of the result of determination by the determination unit, a first ratio which is the ratio of a wheel pressure generated by a piston drive unit to a target wheel pressure, and a second ratio which is the ratio of a wheel pressure generated by a hydraulic pressure adjusting unit to the target wheel pressure. The control unit controls the piston drive unit and the hydraulic pressure adjusting unit on the basis of the first ratio and the second ratio.

The present disclosure obtains a hydraulic pressure control unit capable of appropriately diagnosing presence or absence of fixation of an electromagnetic valve. In the hydraulic pressure control unit according to the present disclosure, a controller includes: an acquisition section that acquires a current value of a current flowing through a coil of the electromagnetic valve in a hydraulic pressure control mechanism; and a diagnosis section that determines whether the current value has exhibited behavior of being temporarily reduced in a process in which the current value is increased at initiation of applying the current to the coil of the electromagnetic valve, so as to diagnose the presence or the absence of the fixation of the electromagnetic valve.

A valve armature for a solenoid valve has a basic body consisting of a magnetically conductive metal. On one end of the basic body is arranged a depression which receives a tappet having a closing element. A tappet basic body consists of plastic and forms an interference fit with the basic body. A valve cartridge for a solenoid valve has such a valve armature, in which case, the basic body has an annular groove which is connected to the depression. The annular groove receives plastic deformations of the tappet basic body which form a form fit with the annular groove and fix the tappet basic body in the depression.
