HYBRID POWER SYSTEM CONTROL METHOD AND SYSTEM, AND ELECTRIC VEHICLE
A control method and system for a hybrid power system, and an electric vehicle. The method includes: step S1, a control unit acquiring a real-time vehicle mode signal, vehicle speed data, and actual torque data of an engine; step S2, the control unit determining whether a power system of a vehicle is in a parallel mode, if the power system of the vehicle is in the parallel mode, the control unit sending a torque compensation signal to a drive electric motor; and step S3, the control unit determining positive and negative attributes of the torque compensation signal adjusting a compensation torque output value of the drive electric motor in real time. By means of the control method, gears connecting a drive electric motor to an engine can be prevented from generating tooth knocking noise, thereby greatly alleviating NVH during the driving of a vehicle.

CONTROL APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
A vehicle control apparatus includes an overlapping-prediction determination portion configured to determine whether or not it is predicted that, during execution of a synchronous control for placing a clutch, which is provided between an engine and an electric motor, into an engaged state, a synchronization-completion time point of the clutch overlaps with an inertia phase period in process of a shift control of a transmission, and a torque limitation portion configured, when the overlapping-prediction determination portion determines that it is predicted that the synchronization-completion time point overlaps with the inertia phase period, to execute a torque limitation by which at least one of a torque capacity of the clutch and an output torque of the engine is made smaller than when the overlapping-prediction determination portion determines that it is not predicted that the synchronization-completion time point overlaps with the inertia phase period.
Hybrid vehicle transmission shift control for electric machine thermal management
A system and method for controlling a hybrid vehicle having an engine, a traction motor, and an automatic step-ratio transmission having a plurality of selectable discrete gear ratios, a torque converter, and sharing a common cooling fluid or oil with the traction motor, include a controller configured to shift the automatic step-ratio transmission to neutral in response to vehicle speed being below a threshold with the engine idling while temperatures of at least two of: the traction battery, the electric machine, and the transmission are above associated thresholds to reduce heat generation by the torque converter due to oil shear with the torque converter stalled. The controller may shift the transmission to drive in response to release of a brake pedal. A neutral shift may also be performed in response to high-voltage accessory loads or on-board generator loads exceeding a threshold.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SERIES HYBRID VEHICLE, AND SERIES HYBRID VEHICLE
A control method controls a series hybrid vehicle in which a drive motor and an internal combustion engine are supported in a vehicle body via a plurality of mount members in an integrated state. The control method using a controller generates electric power using an electric power generation motor, and drives the electric power generation motor using motive power of the internal combustion engine. The control method drives a drive wheel with the drive motor using the generated electric power, and causes the drive motor to generate regenerative torque during deceleration. In the control method, the regenerative torque is generated by the drive motor such that an upper limit of the regenerative torque is restricted to a magnitude at which an engine rotational speed where resonance occurs on the vehicle body floor.

Hybrid vehicle control method and hybrid vehicle control device
A control method for a hybrid vehicle includes a generator and an electric motor, the generator being configured to charge a battery by use of power of an engine, the electric motor being configured to drive driving wheels by electric power of the battery. The control method having driving the engine at a first rotation speed when a charging amount of the battery decreases to a first charging threshold; changing the engine to driving at a second rotation speed larger than the first rotation speed when the engine is driven at the first rotation speed and the charging amount decreases to a second charging threshold smaller than the first charging threshold; and continuing driving of the engine until the charging amount becomes equal to or more than a charging end threshold larger than the first charging threshold.
