The present invention provides the rider-assistance system that assists with driving by the rider of the straddle-type vehicle and includes a controller. The controller includes: an object identification section that identifies an object approaching a side of the straddle-type vehicle on the basis of output of a communication device that wirelessly receives information output from infrastructure equipment or another vehicle; a body position information acquisition section that acquires position information of at least a part of a body of the rider on the turning straddle-type vehicle; a collision possibility determination section that determines a collision possibility of the rider with the object identified by the object identification section on the basis of the position information acquired by the body position information acquisition section; and a safety operation performing section that causes the rider-assistance system to perform safety operation in the case where the collision possibility determination section determines that the collision possibility is high.
Vehicle display device
A vehicle display device includes: a forward image acquiring section that acquires images of a region ahead of a vehicle; a vehicle information acquiring section that acquires vehicle information relating to traveling of the vehicle; a path predicting section that, based on the vehicle information acquired by the vehicle information acquiring section, predicts an own vehicle traveling line that is a traveling path of the vehicle; an ideal path deriving section that, based on the images of the region ahead of the vehicle acquired by the forward image acquiring section, derives an ideal traveling line that is a proper traveling path; and a display control section that displays the own vehicle traveling line and the ideal traveling line so as to be superposed on a view in front of a driver's seat.

According to an embodiment, an information processing device includes a memory and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to acquire a map defining a target in a coordinate space in which a direction along a traveling direction of a moving object is one of coordinate axes, and approximate a movement route of the moving object with a specified shape area along a coordinate axis in the coordinate space, the specified shape area being a basic unit of collision determination.

A shovel includes a traveling body, a turning body turnably mounted on the traveling body, an attachment attached to the turning body and including a boom, an arm, and a bucket, and a hardware processor. The hardware processor is configured to output a warning about the operation of at least one of the traveling body, the turning body, and the attachment when the shovel is on sloping ground or is likely to enter sloping ground. The hardware processor is configured to output the warning when the traveling body is traveling on the sloping ground in a downward direction or is likely to travel on the sloping ground in the downward direction. The warning alerts an operator to the tipping of the shovel in the downward direction of the sloping ground.
