Provided is a vehicle control device configured to: generate a target trajectory of a vehicle; and determine whether change in speed of a target steering angle in a first period is equal to or larger than a first threshold value and whether change in speed of the target steering angle in a second period is equal to or larger than a second threshold value; and change, in a case where the driving mode of the vehicle is a second driving mode, the driving mode of the vehicle to a first driving mode when the change in speed of the target steering angle in the first period is determined to be equal to or larger than the first threshold value or when the change in speed of the target steering angle in the second period is determined to be equal to or larger than the second threshold value.
INTELLIGENT HEADS UP DISPLAY
Systems and methods are provided for an intelligent HUD. An intelligent HUD may include intelligently enabled display information. Intelligently enabled display information may include vehicle statistics, environmental statistics, warnings, instructions, and other relevant information. Intelligently enabled display information may be displayed on the HUD at a relevant time based on a triggering event. A triggering event may be operation of a vehicle contrary to law, an unsafe driving condition, or a change in information relevant to a driver. Intelligently enabled display information may be turned off after a set period of time, after a driver adjusts vehicle operation in response to a warning or instruction, and/or after a triggering event concludes.
Vehicle-mounted wave transmission and wave response reception
Various embodiments are described that relate to wave transmission from a vehicle, and reception of a response to the transmitted wave. A vehicle wheel can include a sensor that transmits a radio wave in front of the vehicle. The radio wave can reflect off a non-uniformity, such as a speed bump or pothole, and be returned to the sensor. A controller can compare the transmitted wave against the returned wave to identify the existence of the non-uniformity.
Vehicle-Mounted Wave Transmission and Wave Response Reception
Various embodiments are described that relate to wave transmission from a vehicle, and reception of a response to the transmitted wave. A vehicle wheel can include a sensor that transmits a radio wave in front of the vehicle. Embodiments can provide a real-time system that can automatically adjust various components within a driving apparatus automatically in response to certain conditions being detected. The real-time system may be configured to control these components in response to detection of certain conditions, which may include external conditions and/or internal conditions. In some embodiments, a user of the driving apparatus may be facilitated to provide his/her personal settings to configure the real-time system. In those embodiments, an interface may be provided to the user to instruct the real-time system to adjust one or more components within the driving apparatus in accordance with the user provided personal settings in response to one or more specific conditions being detected.
AUTOMATIC IN-VEHICLE COMPONENT ADJUSTMENT
Embodiments can provide a real-time system that can automatically adjust various components within a driving apparatus automatically in response to certain conditions being detected. The real-time system may be configured to control these components in response to detection of certain conditions, which may include external conditions and/or internal conditions. In some embodiments, a user of the driving apparatus may be facilitated to provide his/her personal settings to configure the real-time system. In those embodiments, an interface may be provided to the user to instruct the real-time system to adjust one or more components within the driving apparatus in accordance with the user provided personal settings in response to one or more specific conditions being detected.
Adaptive interactive voice system
In one embodiment, an apparatus for adaptively interacting with a driver via voice interaction is provided. The apparatus includes a computational models block and an adaptive interactive voice system. The computational models block is configured to receive driver related parameters, vehicle related parameters, and vehicle environment parameters from a plurality of sensors. The computational models block is further configured to generate a driver state model based on the driver related parameters and to generate a vehicle state model based on the vehicle related parameter. The computational models block is further configured to generate a vehicle environment state model based on the vehicle environment parameters. The adaptive interactive voice system is configured to generate a voice output based on a driver's situation and context as indicated on information included within at least one of the driver state model, the vehicle state model, and the vehicle environment state model.
Vehicular image display device and vehicular image display method
A vehicular image display device includes a detection unit, a setting image display unit, an image change unit, and a previous notice execution unit. The image change unit changes a setting image of a display screen displayed by the setting image display unit to a setting disable image indicating that a setting of an operation content for a vehicle-mounted device is disabled and including a display of a vehicle speed when the detection unit detects the travel start of the vehicle. The previous notice execution unit executes a previous notice display by continuously moving a boundary between an area in which the setting image is displayed and an area in which the setting disable image is displayed on the display screen so as to increase the area of the setting disable image, prior to a change to the setting disable image.
