Running gear for a rail vehicle and associated rail vehicle

A running gear for a rail vehicle includes one or more wheel sets, each having a revolution axis and each being guided by a pair of transversally spaced axle boxes. The running gear further includes a running gear frame, a primary suspension assembly between each of the axle boxes and the running gear frame, and a secondary suspension stage for supporting a vehicle superstructure on the running gear frame. Each primary suspension assembly has at least a main spring assembly having a vertical stiffness and a horizontal stiffness that is identical in a transverse direction of the running gear frame and in a longitudinal direction of the running gear frame perpendicular to the transverse direction. The primary suspension assembly further has an anisotropic interface assembly in series with the main spring assembly between the running gear frame and the axle box. The anisotropic interface assembly is such that the primary suspension assembly has a transverse stiffness and a longitudinal stiffness wherein the transverse stiffness is substantially different from the longitudinal stiffness.

Method of assembling railcar bogie and wheel base fixing jig for use therein

A method of assembling a railcar bogie includes: a positioning step of locking a wheelbase fixing jig to a pair of axle box devices to position the pair of axle box devices such that a wheelbase between a pair of wheelsets supported by the respective axle box devices becomes a predetermined designed value, the pair of axle box devices being arranged away from each other in a car longitudinal direction, the wheelbase fixing jig extending in the car longitudinal direction; a plate spring arranging step of making the pair of axle box devices support a plate spring extending in the car longitudinal direction; and a bogie frame arranging step of making a longitudinal direction middle portion of the plate spring support a bogie frame and coupling the bogie frame to the pair of axle box devices.

HYDRAULIC COMPOSITE BUSHING, AND SEALING METHOD FOR SAME

A hydraulic composite bushing includes: a core shaft, with a continuously spiral fluid channel groove; a rubber member, arranged around the core shaft, and having two recesses formed radially outside of the fluid channel groove and radially opposite to each other; a support ring arranged around the rubber member; an outer cover pressing on the support ring from a radially outer side thereof; and a sealing device provided at each end of a fluid channel tube arranged within the fluid channel groove. Two ends of the fluid channel tube pass through the rubber member radially to extend into two hydraulic chambers respectively, with the hydraulic chambers in communication with each other through the fluid channel tube. One end of the sealing device is arranged inside the flow channel groove and the other end thereof passes through the rubber member to extend into the hydraulic chambers.
