An apparatus to scoop debris from a surface is described. The apparatus comprises a trolley frame, a first and second wheels coupled to a first and second gear assemblies and designed to rotate in a first direction of rotation. The first and second gear assemblies are coupled to a opposite sides of the trolley frame. The apparatus further comprises an axle coupled to the trolley frame, using the first gear assembly and the second gear assembly, wherein the axle is configured to rotate in a second direction opposite to the first direction of rotation of the first wheel and the second wheel. A plurality of parallel spokes is attached to the axle that rotate with the axle, wherein each of the plurality of spokes are bent at an angle at their respective ends. A detachable debris collection net is coupled to the trolley frame.

PLYWOOD PANEL LIFT

A frame has a wheel assembly that can move up or down. A linkage extends between a catch to the wheel assembly and a grip on the frame, so the wheel assembly can be released for vertical movement with respect to the channel. A tray affixed to the frame near the bottom of the channel can receive a panel when the wheel assembly is at an upper position. Then, the frame and panel can be briefly lifted off the ground. The linkage can be activated to release the catch so the wheel assembly drops and is secured by the catch in a lower position, resulting in the wheel's protrusion below the bottom of the frame. This causes the weight of the device and the panel to be borne on the wheel, so the panel can be wheeled around the jobsite by one person.

A wheeled shoveling device which allows the user to scoop up snow, lift the load using the natural weight of the user as a counter-balance, and transport the load to a location whereby it can be frontally discharged using a hand-powered pulling motion on an attached jointed lever. The scoop is attached using a bushing-style hinge, to a large inverted A-shaped frame, allowing the scoop to pivot forward after application of the jointed lever, effectively discharging the scoop. The inverted “A” frame has an axle and pair of wheels which act as both a fulcrum, as well as a means for transporting the load to another location with the load being held above the ground. The scoop has a pair of small protruding wheels attached to the sides of the scoop box, preventing the scoop's leading edge blade from jamming against terrestrial surface imperfections.
