An apparatus for adapting a single-track vehicle for use on a chairlift is provided. A first adapter portion may be configured to be removably coupled to at least a portion of a single-track vehicle. A second adapter portion may be pivotably coupled to the first adapter portion. A space formed between the first adapter portion and the second adapter portion may be configured to receive at least a portion of a chairlift seat of a chairlift.

A motorized vehicle includes a front part equipped with at least one steering skid intended to be steered by a handlebar, a rear part including a chassis rigidly attached to a tracked propulsion means and driven by a transmission mechanism configured to be powered by a motor. The motorized vehicle is configured such that the motor is housed inside a wheel of the transmission mechanism forming a drive wheel of the propulsion means called a motor wheel. The propulsion means being supported by a bogie comprising an upper bogie rigidly attached to the chassis and a lower bogie, connected together by a suspension mechanism. The lower bogie is articulated with respect to the upper bogie. The motor wheel is rigidly attached to the lower bogie at the rear thereof.

Embodiments described herein are related to a steerable sledding system. The steerable sledding system may include a steering structure designed to enable a user to steer the steerable sledding system. The steering structure may include a first substantially horizontal portion that forms a first rear edge of the steering structure and sidewalls. The first substantially horizontal portion may form a first opening proximate the first rear edge. The steerable sledding system may further include a platform structure designed to support the user of the steerable sledding system. The platform structure may form a second opening proximate a second front edge of the platform structure. The steerable sledding system may further include a pivoting device designed to connect the steering structure and the platform structure via the first opening and the second opening to enable the steering structure and the platform structure to pivot relative to each other.

An apparatus for adapting a single-track vehicle for use on a chairlift is provided. A first adapter portion may be configured to be removably coupled to at least a portion of a single-track vehicle. A second adapter portion may be pivotably coupled to the first adapter portion. The cutting tool may include a first handle rotatably coupled to the first blade, the first handle rotatable between a deployed position and a folded position, and a second handle rotatably coupled to the second blade, the second handle rotatable between a deployed position and a folded position. The cutting tool may also include a first rotation lock configured to hold the first handle fixed relative to the first blade. The first handle may be configured to be rotatable relative to the first blade in response to the first rotation lock being disengaged. The first rotation lock may be configured to be held in the disengaged position in response to the first handle being disposed between the deployed position and the folded position.

A skiing apparatus including a lower seat member, a lower frame member, a ski attachment member, and upper shock absorbing connector member, a lower shock absorbing connector member, and a lower storage member. The lower frame member may connect to the lower seat member. The ski attachment member may connect to the lower frame member and be adapted to be detachably connected to a ski. The upper shock absorbing connector member may connect to the lower seat member. The lower shock absorbing connector member may connect to the lower frame member. The lower storage member may connect to the lower seat member.
