A conversion kit for a snow vehicle has a front assembly component, the front assembly component has a front ski, a bracket that is attached to the front ski, two extension arms that are pivotally attached to the bracket extending upwardly from the front ski, and a rear assembly component having a two or more adjacent members, a mount attached to the pivot unit, comprising a clamping attachment on one end configured to retain a section of the frame on another end, a ski attachment terminating each adjacent member, a pivot unit, comprising at two horizontal pivot bars pivotally connecting the adjacent members at its ends, and pivotally connected to the mount at a midpoint, wherein the one or more horizontal pivot bars move the adjacent members interdependently, and wherein each member extends from a common pivot unit and terminates at a ski attachment.

A temporarily attachable sled device for human-powered household vehicles includes a main body and at least one front end chock assembly and at least one rear end chock assembly. The main body is formed of a substantially waterproof sheet, with substantially at least the lower face of the sheet formed as a low friction surface. The at least one front end chock assembly and the at least one rear end chock assembly extending from the upper surface of the main body in use. The main body and the chock assemblies are sized and shaped so that a household vehicle can be positioned on the upper surface of the main body and prevented from riding up and over the chock assemblies. The main body includes ridges along and extending upwards from each side of the main body, the ridges extending substantially the length of the sides.

A temporarily attachable sled device for human-powered household vehicles includes a main body and at least one front end chock assembly and at least one rear end chock assembly. The main body is formed of a substantially waterproof sheet, with substantially at least the lower face of the sheet formed as a low friction surface. The at least one front end chock assembly and the at least one rear end chock assembly extending from the upper surface of the main body in use. The main body and the chock assemblies are sized and shaped so that a household vehicle can be positioned on the upper surface of the main body and prevented from riding up and over the chock assemblies. The main body includes ridges along and extending upwards from each side of the main body, the ridges extending substantially the length of the sides.

A trailer includes a trailer frame having a hitch. A stationary support base is joined to the trailer frame. Two supports are slidably guided on the support base toward and away from each other. A wheel assembly is mounted to an end of each of the supports remote from the other support such that a distance between the wheel assemblies varies with movement of the supports on the support base. A locking device selectively locks each support to the support base in a first position where the wheel assemblies are furthest from each other and a second position where the wheel assemblies are closer to each other.

Each of the first elongated member and the second elongated member includes an extension member that is selectively retractable and extendable therefrom. The first elongated member, the second elongated member, the first extension member and the second extension member include a plurality of ridges extending upwardly therefrom that form an equipment mount between which the equipment is situated. The portable storage sled is selectively adjustable in length and width so that equipment of various sizes can be situated thereon.

A portable storage sled for transporting equipment includes a first elongated member and a second elongated member. At least one connecting member joins the first elongated member to the second elongated member. Each of the first elongated member and the second elongated member includes an extension member that is selectively retractable and extendable therefrom. A ski attachment attachable to a wheel defining a nadir section, the ski attachment comprising: an elongated ski defining a longitudinal axis, the ski having a deck and a base, the ski defining longitudinally opposed nose and tail ends; a wheel mount for mounting the wheel to the ski at a location intermediate the nose and tail ends, the wheel mount defining a nadir receiving portion for receiving the nadir section; and a wheel lock for locking the wheel to the wheel mount; wherein the base is configured so that a larger friction is exerted on the ski attachment rearward of the nadir receiving portion than frontward of the nadir receiving portion when the ski attachment is pushed on a surface at an angle relative to the longitudinal axis.

A ski attachment attachable to a wheel defining a nadir section, the ski attachment comprising: an elongated ski defining a longitudinal axis, the ski having a deck and a base, the ski defining longitudinally opposed nose and tail ends; a wheel mount for mounting the wheel to the ski at a location intermediate the nose and tail ends, the wheel mount defining a nadir receiving portion for receiving the nadir section; and a wheel lock for locking the wheel to the wheel mount; wherein the base is configured so that a larger friction is exerted on the ski attachment rearward of the nadir receiving portion than frontward of the nadir receiving portion when the ski attachment is pushed on a surface at an angle relative to the longitudinal axis.

A sled for use in association with a waste container having a handle that enables a user to conveniently transport the waste container during snowy and/or inclement weather conditions, including a first ski, wherein the first ski includes a top surface, a bottom surface, a front end, and a back end; and a wheel binding associated with the top surface of the first ski, wherein the wheel binding is adapted to releasably secure a wheel of a waste container.
