The present invention provides a cabinet (2) intended for transporting and distributing meal trays in aircraft, for example to provide a trolley (1) which can be reinforced with a frame (3). The cabinet is made of a fireproof, water-repellent, alveolate cardboard material, the cabinet comprising an upper face, a lower face, two side faces, a rear face, a front face forming a door, which are made of a single piece of cardboard. The invention also provides for the use of a flat sheet of cardboard, pre-cut in a structured manner, to form a cabinet in a single piece when folded and assembled, preferably of parallelepipedal shape, the sheet of cardboard having a thickness of 6 mm to 10 mm, and a method of manufacturing a cabinet comprising the provision of such a sheet of cardboard, to form a cabinet.

A collapsible trolley or other transport device includes a body having a back panel, a shelf panel pivotally attached to a bottom edge of the back panel, a pair of back wing panels pivotally attached one each to opposing side edges of the back panel, a pair of shelf wing panels pivotally attached one each to opposing side edges of the shelf panel and a pair of auxiliary panels pivotally attached one each to the pair of shelf wing panels and attached to bottom portions of the pair of back wing panels. The body is movable between an unfolded use configuration and a folded storage configuration. A pair of wheels is attached to the pair of back wing panels and the pair of auxiliary panels by a pair of wheel brackets.

A packaging system includes a packaging body defining an internal cavity, an auxiliary body disposed at least partially within the internal cavity, a wheel assembly receiving chamber disposed in the auxiliary body, a support plate joined to a bottom of the packaging body, and a wheel assembly including a wheel housing pivotally mounted to the support plate. A wheel is mounted to the wheel housing, the wheel assembly being selectively disposed in an operational position or a stowed position, wherein the wheel assembly is disposed substantially within the wheel assembly receiving chamber when the wheel assembly is disposed in the stowed position and wherein the wheel assembly is disposed at least partially substantially external to the wheel assembly receiving chamber when the wheel assembly is disposed in the operational position. The packaging system according to the present disclosure can facilitate the transportation without affecting the display, stacking, loading thereof.

A collapsible trolley includes a body having a back panel, a shelf panel pivotally attached to a bottom edge of the back panel, a pair of back wing panels pivotally attached one each to opposing side edges of the back panel, a pair of shelf wing panels pivotally attached one each to opposing side edges of the shelf panel and one each to bottom edges of the pair of shelf wing panels. The body is movable between an unfolded use configuration and a folded storage configuration. A latching member is attached to the body and adapted to secure the body in the folded storage configuration. A pair of wheels is attached to the pair of back wing panels by brackets that trap the wheels between vertical abutment portions and the back wing panels, and the back wing panels have arcuate openings that align with the edge rims of the pair of wheels.
