Aircraft trolley retention device
An aircraft trolley retention device may include a retention latch with a shaft including a first component of an interlocking assembly and a sleeve including a second component of the interlocking assembly and configured to receive the shaft, and an interlocking assembly. The retention latch may be configured to actuate between a closed position and an open position. The interlocking assembly may be configured to guide the retention latch during the actuation between the closed position and the open position. The retention latch may be configured to retain an aircraft trolley within an aircraft trolley bay when the retention latch is in the closed position. A portion of the retention latch may be configured to be positioned in front of a striker plate corresponding to a handle of an aircraft trolley bay door of the aircraft trolley bay when the retention latch is in the open position.
Delivered package securement system
A secure package delivery system comprises a lockable container configured for securement to a movable door or exterior wall of a building structure. The container includes a walled body and openable lid. A vertically and horizontally adjustable dolly handle assembly is slideably coupled to a rear of the body and operable to form an adjustable gap for receiving a portion of the door to trap and secure the container in place. The handle assembly is lockable in place to the container and in vertical position by a crank mechanism operated via a lever. The container further includes a movable securement aperture in the handle assembly and wall pin which permits securing the container to a wall via operation of handle assembly and crank mechanism. A movable latch operated by the crank mechanism secures the wall pin in the securement aperture to prevent removal of the container.
Device for securing a material handling device in fixed location inside a transport vehicle and related method
A device for securing a material handling device in a transport vehicle comprises an arm supporting at opposite ends a first attachment member configured for attaching to a shaft of a handle of the material handling device, which is configured for steerably moving the material handling device, and a second attachment member configured for attaching to the transport vehicle. The arm is movable relative to the first attachment member between a working position in which the arm is arranged to extend outwardly from the shaft of the handle to position the second attachment member at a spaced location therefrom for connecting to the transport vehicle, so as to secure the material handling device in fixed relation to the transport vehicle, and a storage position in which the arm is arranged generally parallel to the shaft of the handle to position the second attachment member at or adjacent the shaft.
FOLDING CART FOR LOADING IN VEHICLE
The present invention relates to a folding cart for loading in a vehicle, including a cart body configured to load the goods, the leg capable of the height adjustment and the folding and unfolding operations by the rotation, and the handle with sterilizing and disinfecting functions of the goods in the cart body. The cart body may be loaded with the goods (luggage) in the luggage room or the trunk of the vehicle by the user's simple operation, thereby further facilitating the loading work of the purchased goods in the vehicle, and the movement of the cart body loaded in the vehicle may be controlled, thereby preventing breakage or damage to the goods. Further, UV LED may be provided on the handle in the state where the cart body is loaded in the vehicle to sterilize and disinfect the goods in the cart body.
MOUNTING AND LATCHING ARRANGEMENTS FOR SECURING CARTS
A mounting and latching arrangement is provided for locking and unlocking a cart relative to a support structure. The mounting and latching arrangement includes an elongated mounting channel having opposed ends configured with mounting bracket assemblies adapted to be secured to the support surface, and one of engagement structure and latching structure located between the mounting bracket assemblies and configured for selective engagement and disengagement with the cart for enabling locking and unlocking thereof relative to the elongated mounting channel.
Dish collection and dispensing system
A dish cart includes a top with a slot for receiving a lift arm that may be lifted up through the slot to raise or lower dishes. Lobe openings emanating from the slot receive lobes of a lift paddle secured to the lift arm. The cart may define a gap below the top for permitting insertion of the lift paddle and the lift arm. The cart may be adjusted to receive differently sized dishes by means of rails of different sizes or adjustable vanes. A dish drop station includes the lift arm and lift paddle and a lift mechanism for raising and lower the lift arm. The dish drop station may include a cart present sensor and include a lock for retaining the cart. The controller may be programmed to the lower the lift arm to an unlock position that disengages the cart lock.
RETENTION SYSTEMS FOR MULTI-CART BAYS
A cart retention system for a multi-cart bay can include a first retainer configured to retain a front cart in the multi-cart bay and a second retainer configured to retain a rear cart in the multi-cart bay such that the rear cart is held spaced from the front cart. The system can also include a third retainer configured to retain both the front cart and the rear cart in the multi-cart bay separate from each other.
REFUSE CARTS WITH RETENTION CORRAL
Refuse carts and refuse cart retention systems for use in retaining refuse carts inside a corral and transporting or emptying the carts when needed. The refuse cart retention system generally includes a retention corral and at least one large refuse cart and/or at least one small refuse cart. Various mechanisms for retaining refuse carts in the retention corral include retention structures to receive a segment of a refuse cart frame, and frame protrusions connected to the retention corral that can be placed in tight contact with a cutout in the sides of the refuse carts having a geometry substantially identical to that of the frame protrusions.
CABIN CARGO COMPARTMENTS
A cargo compartment for use in a transport vehicle, the cargo compartment comprising a cargo compartment housing configured and adapted to comply with at least one regulatory requirement of the transport vehicle. The cargo compartment includes wheels attached to the cargo compartment housing. A cargo compartment system for use in a transport vehicle includes a cargo compartment. The cargo compartment includes a cargo compartment housing configured and adapted to comply with at least one regulatory requirement of the transport vehicle, and wheels attached to the cargo compartment housing. The cargo compartment system includes a seat track having at least one fastener. The cargo compartment housing is configured and adapted to couple to the seat track and be secured to the seat track via the at least one fastener.
Aircraft cart retention system
An aircraft cart retention system may include at least one aircraft cart retention device. The at least one aircraft cart retention device may be configured to retain an aircraft cart in a position proximate to an exterior surface of the structure with at least two combined points of contact during non-taxi, takeoff, or landing (non-TTL) stages of flight when the at least one aircraft cart retention device is in at least one deployed position. The at least one aircraft cart retention device may be configured to allow the aircraft cart to be removed from the position proximate to the exterior surface of the structure when the at least one aircraft cart retention device is in the stowed position.
