A cab mounting including a chassis holder, a cab holder, and at least one flexible element. The chassis holder includes a chassis plate, designed for fastening to a vehicle chassis, and a lower bearing plate, which is fastened to the chassis plate and has an opening. The cab holder includes a cab plate, designed for fastening to a vehicle cab, and an upper bearing plate, which is fastened to the cab plate and has a U-shaped structure, designed to be held movably in the opening of the lower bearing plate, such that the chassis holder and the cab holder are movable relative to each other. The at least one flexible element is fastened to the chassis plate and to the upper bearing plate such that surface contact between the at least one flexible element and the chassis holder is made possible via the relative movement.

CABIN ASSEMBLY

A vehicle includes a frame, a series of tractive assemblies coupled to the frame, a cabin, and a mount. The mount includes a boss coupled to the cabin, a first bracket pivotably coupled to the boss, a second bracket coupled to the frame, and a first isolator and a second isolator extending between the first bracket and the second bracket and coupling the first bracket to the second bracket.

Vehicle cab tilt apparatus

A vehicle is disclosed which includes a frame with a viscous isolator, a first pin receptor, a retainer, a cab, and a pin. The first pin receptor includes a base portion mounted to the viscous isolator and a top portion movable within a limited range relative to the frame. The retainer is detachably mounted to the frame such that the top portion of the first pin receptor protruding through an aperture in the retainer, and the base portion of the first pin receptor is below the aperture. A pin is received by the top portion of the first pin receptor and a second pin receptor included in a cab, rendering the cab tiltable relative to the frame about the pin. The aperture of the retainer and the base portion of the first pin receptor are each configured such that the base portion cannot pass through the aperture.

Cabin assembly

A vehicle includes a frame, tractive assemblies engaging the frame, a cabin configured to contain at least one operator during operation of the vehicle, and a mount configured to pivotably couple the cabin to the frame. The mount includes a boss coupled to the cabin and defining a first aperture, a first bracket defining a second aperture, a pin extending through the first and second apertures, a second bracket coupled to the frame, and a pair of isolators extending between the first bracket and the second bracket. The isolators are configured to couple the first bracket to the second bracket and to reduce the transfer of vibrations between the frame and the cabin. The cabin is configured to rotate between use position and maintenance positions. The cabin is positioned near the frame in the use position and rotated away from the frame in the maintenance position.
