DRIVE FOR A STEERING AXLE OF AN INDUSTRIAL TRUCK, STEERING AXLE, AND INDUSTRIAL TRUCK
A drive (1) for a steering axle (26) of an industrial truck includes two steering arms (11, 12), an axle arch (8), a tie rod (13) configured as a spindle (13), a spindle nut (7) fixed axially on the tie rod (13), and a gear stage (21). Adjustment of the steering arms (11, 12) can be effected by axial displacement of the tie rod (13), and by the spindle nut (7) being able to be driven by a drive output element (7) of the gear stage (21). The drive (1) has two mutually coaxial electric motors (17, 18) disposed parallel to the tie rod (13). A drive element (14) of the gear stage (21) can be driven by the two electric motors (17, 18), which are disposed so as to be axially centric between the two electric motors (17, 18). Also disclosed is a steering axle and an industrial truck.
Steer-by-wire steering system having a spindle drive
A spindle drive (20) for an actuator of a steer-by-wire steering system (10). The spindle drive has a linearly displaceable threaded spindle (27). The spindle drive (20) is in the form of a roller screw drive. The roller screw drive has a first efficiency in the driving direction and a second different efficiency in the reverse-driving direction.
POWER ASSISTANCE DRIVE FOR A STEERING COLUMN, AND STEERING COLUMN FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A power assistance drive for a steering column of a motor vehicle may include a belt drive arranged in a housing, with an input pulley that is coupled to the motor shaft of a motor so as to be rotationally drivable about an input axis and which is drivingly connected by means of a drive belt to an output pulley that is mounted in the housing so as to be rotatable about an output axis. To enable a repair-friendly design and easier replacement of the motor, the motor may be releasably attached to the housing and the motor shaft may be connected to the input pulley by means of a releasable coupling.
STEERING ACTUATOR
A steering actuator for rear axle steering of a motor vehicle has a spindle drive (5) which comprises pushrods (9) which are connected to a threaded spindle (16) and which are mounted in a housing (6) by means of plain bearings (18), allowing the passage of air, and are connected at each end thereof to an attachment element (12) provided for coupling to a chassis suspension arm, wherein a gaiter (19, 20) is connected on the one side to the housing (6) and on the other side to one of the attachment elements (12) in each case. Each plain bearing (18) is designed as a bearing allowing one revolution of the threaded spindle (16), wherein at least one longitudinal groove (21) abuts one guide bush (23) of the plain bearing (18).
METHOD FOR SETTING AN AXIAL PRELOAD FORCE OF A ROLLER SCREW DRIVE OF AN ACTUATOR OF A STEERING DEVICE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
A method for setting an axial preload force of a roller screw drive (3) which is rotatably mounted in a housing (2) by means of bearings (4, 5) which are axially spaced apart from one another. The housing (2) is split transversely with respect to the thrust rod (7) into a first and a second housing part (8, 9). The roller screw drive (3) is inserted with the two bearings (4, 5) into the second housing part (9). An axial preload force is applied which is transmitted from the first bearing (4) via the roller screw drive (3) to the second bearing (5). An axial load spacing (“X”) between the bearing supporting surface of the first bearing (4) and a second housing edge (31) of the second housing part (9) is measured. An adjusting nut (10) is screwed into the first housing part (8) until an axial adjustable spacing between the end-side adjusting nut supporting surface (12) and the first housing edge (30) of the first housing part (8) is the same size as the measured axial load spacing (“X”). The adjusting nut (10) is then secured in place in the first housing part (8), and the two housing parts (8, 9) are connected to one another, with the result that both bear against one another by their housing edges (30, 31).
