Superefficient Box Beam Bicycle Structure
A superefficient box beam bicycle structure (SBBBS) having a box section, a right triangular section and a left triangular section. The right and left triangular sections are either integral with the box structure, or the triangular sections are attached to the box structure by riveting, bonding or welding. The box structure is preferably made of a sheet material and the parts that comprise the box structure are attached together by riveting, bonding or welding. The SBBBS interfaces with conventional bicycle components to function as a lightweight, strong bicycle frame. Additionally, the SBBBS can be manufactured as a one-piece design, or can utilize a hybrid construction design with an internal structure and reinforcing members at areas of high stress.

The present disclosure provides a bicycle frame formed in a tube structure by bonding a left panel and a right panel together along a length direction, where the left panel and the right panel are molded into a predetermined shape, including: a battery housing unit and a reinforcement panel having a housing unit, wherein a battery is inserted into the housing unit, and wherein edges of the reinforcement panel are bonded to the left panel and the right panel.

A removable battery housing is configured to store a battery module within the battery housing. The battery housing and the electric motor are situated on the lower portion of the electric motorbike which lowers the center of gravity of the bike. A seat adjustment actuation system enables the adjustment of the seat via a push button system while a rider is seated on the bike.
