Pick-up device and pick-up method for a watercraft
Apparatus and methods for recovering watercraft. A ramp is movable relative to a stationary carrying apparatus between a recovering position and a parked position. The ramp includes a frame and a deformable body, which is fastened to the frame. When the ramp is in the recovering position, the deformable body points toward the watercraft to be recovered and is located at least partially above the water surface. The watercraft travels onto the ramp and deforms the deformable body from above. The watercraft is pulled out of the water and moved onto the carrying apparatus.
Boat aft cockpit extension
A cockpit extension that extends aft of a boat transom for increasing the afterdeck area of the boat. The cockpit extension includes a deck that can be accessed from the afterdeck of the boat and an under-face beneath the deck that can be above or below the water-line of the boat. The cockpit extension can also include one or more of a gunwale, inner bulkhead, and outer freeboard. A running surface can also be provided on the under-face that improves the backing down process of the boat. The boat has at least two outboard engines, attached on the port and starboard sides of the boat transom, respectively.
Multi hull pontoon boat aft cockpit extension
A cockpit extension extends aft between port and starboard outboard engines mounted on a tri-pontoon boat transom for increasing the usable afterdeck area of the boat. The cockpit extension includes a topside deck that can be accessed from the afterdeck of the boat and an under-face beneath the topside deck that can be above or below the water-line of the boat. A lower surface of the under-face can be configured to improve the backing down characteristics of the boat.

Wavegate for a seismic surface vessel
One or more wavegates are located on a seismic surface vessel to substantially prevent or limit waves from crashing onto a back deck of the vessel. The wavegate may comprise one or more steel gates or doors located at or near the aft portion of the vessel, such as on or near the rear end of the back deck, that may be moveable between a closed position and an open position. Each door may be fixed in position and/or be rotated and/or moveable in a horizontal and/or vertical direction between different positions. The wavegate allows the surface vessel to travel backwards and/or in the face of incoming waves while substantially preventing and/or limiting waves from crashing onto the back deck of the marine vessel. The seismic surface vessel may be a deployment vessel or a hybrid seismic shooting and deployment vessel or another marine surface vessel.
Vessel with moving stern swim platform supporting steps sliding over fixed stern steps
A vessel or boat includes a hull having a stern at which there is a stern swim platform having at least one moving part capable of moving along and close to a portion of the stern, the moving part being capable of adopting at least a first working position in which it is out of the water on which the boat floats and a second working position in which the moving part is lowered with respect to the hull into the water, steps being provided at the stern. At least part of the steps is of one piece with the moving part of the stern swim platform and moves therewith over fixed steps provided within the stern, the movement of the steps taking place in a guided way, the moving steps forming an elongatable swim ladder with the fixed steps.
