A shock mitigation seat 10 includes a plurality of individual shock absorbing members 16 resilient to compression from a shock impact. The shock absorbing members 16 are positioned one adjacent another and such that at a certain stage of compression an individual shock absorbing member 16 resiliently deforms and comes into contact with one or more adjacent individual shock absorbing members 16 which thereby increases resistance to further compression. The seat may be incorporated in a shock mitigation system 50 which has at least one sensor operable to detect a force and to provide a feedback signal indicative of the nature of the force and a memory record the incidence and severity of these forces and provides an indication of cumulative forces absorbed.

A telescoping boat tower (1800), including: a center section (1814); a first support (1802) secured to a first end of the center section, the first support including a first telescoping assembly (1804); and a second support (1808) secured to a second end of the center section, the second support including a second telescoping assembly (1810). A backrest adjustment structure for a boat seat includes a backrest and a bracket. A bottom of the bracket is rotatably connected to a seat of a boat. A back of the backrest is provided with at least two spaced pivot bases. An upper end of at least one of the pivot bases has an upper restricting portion. A pivot shaft is formed on a top of the bracket. The pivot shaft is rotatably pivoted between the pivot bases. The bracket is selectively engaged with the upper restricting portion. The leaning angle is adjustable, meeting the needs of players.

A lifejacket storage device comprising a first layer, forming a generally closed container, a layer of cushioning lining an inside of the first layer, a cavity within the closed container, and a resealable access port to access the cavity. In a preferred embodiment, the first layer is marine vinyl, the cushioning is a uniform layer of marine foam, and the resealable access port is a marine-grade zipper. In another embodiment, the cushioning is a layer of beanbag beans. The lifejacket storage device is intended for, but not limited to, use outdoors, such as on the beach, the decks of boats, patios, pool sides, and in water. In a preferred embodiment, the lifejacket storage device floats on water and further comprises a reflective band and reflective elements.

In another embodiment, the resealable access port is an opening at the end of a protrusion, wherein the protrusion can be rolled-up and secured with a fastening mechanism. The beanbag is intended for, but not limited to, use outdoors, such as on the beach, the decks of boats, patios, pool sides, and in water. In a preferred embodiment, the beanbag floats on water and further comprises a reflective band and reflective elements.

A pontoon boat with a fencing defining the passenger region on a deck of the pontoon boat. The fencing comprising a plurality of fencing sections, each fencing section comprising a fencing framework and paneling secured to the fencing framework. The system may include detachable rail caps and/or rail attachments that hold the skin against the rail. The fencing framework of each fencing section may comprise a plurality of aluminum tubular extrusion segments with opposing open ends, a plurality of segment connectors interconnecting the tubular extrusion segments, each segment connector having a main body portion and a plurality of insert portions extending from and unitary with the respective main body portion, the plurality of tubular extrusion segments including a plurality of panel holding tubular extrusion segments, each with edge panel retainer strips attached thereto that secure an edge portion of the paneling to the respective tubular extrusion segment.

A seat assembly includes: a backrest having a cushion surface formed on a first side of the backrest and support surface formed on a second side of the backrest; a first track assembly located along a first side of the backrest and a second track assembly located along a second side of the backrest; and a plurality of guide pins extending from the backrest into the first track assembly and the second track assembly such that the backrest is movable along the first track assembly and the second track assembly on the plurality of guide pins between a stowed position and a deployed position.

An accessory system for a pontoon boat includes a support comprising longitudinal members and at least one support crosspiece connected between the longitudinal members, where the support can be attached to a structural component of a pontoon boat and move between a stowed position and a deployed position. An accessory component includes one or more hangers with a hook constructed to engage the support. A support portion is connected to the accessory component and extends transversely away from the one or more hangers. In use, the support can be deployed along a side of a pontoon with the accessory component removably attached to the support. The accessory component can be used to support a platform, a grill, a cooler or other accessory alongside the pontoon boat.
