PARTIALLY FIXED TWEEN DECKS
An apparatus, vessel and method for forming a tween deck within the cargo hold of the vessel. The apparatus comprises at least one fixed tween deck permanently secured to an interior of the interior of the vessel, an opening extending through the at least one fixed tween deck and at least one portable tween deck sized to be received within the opening so as to form a completed tween deck with the at least one fixed tween deck.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY BOAT HAVING A SAFETY-ENHANCING HULL STRUCTURE
A boat comprising: (a) a monolithically formed hull, the hull having a hole positioned along an upper surface of the hull above a waterline when the boat is positioned within water; and (b) a cockpit secured within the hole of the hull, wherein an exterior of the hull is free of seams directly presented to a force of moving water.
Anchor assembly
An anchor assembly for insertion in a panel aperture in a receiving panel has a flange. The flange has an engagement surface locatable on a first side of the receiving panel. A plurality of resilient arms project from the engagement surface and are insertable in the panel aperture. At least two of the plurality of resilient arms define a channel therebetween for receiving a threaded fastener. The channel is sized to limit inward deflection of the at least two of the plurality of resilient arms when the threaded fastener extends within the channel. A threaded surface is located in the flange and forms at least in part an anchor aperture for alignment with the panel aperture. The channel is aligned with the anchor aperture. The threaded surface is located between the plurality of resilient arms and is adapted for threadingly engaging the threaded fastener.

Floating element for realizing floating structures for supporting photovoltaic panels and method for producing said floating element
Floating element (1) for realizing floating structures for supporting photovoltaic panels and method for producing said floating element (1). The floating element (1) comprises: a first element (2) which can be obtained by injection moulding, which configures a first coupling portion (3); a second element (4) which can be obtained by injection moulding, which configures a second coupling portion (5). The first element (2) and the second element (4) are mutually configured so that the first coupling portion (3) and the second coupling portion (5) can be seal-coupled with respect to each other so that they define a sealed chamber, when coupled.
