A fire suppression apparatus for fighting fires from a vehicle configured for flight is disclosed, comprising a foam and water held in separate containers aboard the vehicle that when mixed forms a fire retardant, a pump driven by an electric motor to pressurize the fire retardant, the pump including an air induction valve where air is drawn into a suction end of the pump and pressurized together with the fire retardant, and an aimable boom connected to the pump by a conduit, the boom including a nozzle on a distal end of the boom from which the pressurized fire retardant and air is dispensed toward a target.

A discharge apparatus for discharging contents in an aerosol container, comprising, a first flow channel connected to an aerosol container; a second flow channel connected to the first flow channel; a support configured to support at least a part of the second flow channel; and a change unit configured to change a shape of the second flow channel, wherein the support changes a support position of the second flow channel in response to a change in a shape of the second flow channel, is provided. In addition, an unmanned aerial vehicle on which the discharge apparatus is mounted is provided.

Provided is a posture changing device for changing a posture of an aerosol container mounted on an unmanned aerial vehicle, the posture changing device including: a posture selecting unit for selecting a posture of the aerosol container from a plurality of candidate postures; and a posture changing unit for changing a posture of the aerosol container to the posture selected from the plurality of candidate postures. Also provided is a posture changing method for changing a posture of an aerosol container mounted on an unmanned aerial vehicle, the posture changing method including: selecting a posture of the aerosol container from a plurality of candidate postures; and changing a posture of the aerosol container to the posture selected from the plurality of candidate postures.
UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE
Provided is an unmanned aerial vehicle configured to be able to discharge a liquid, comprising: a container of the liquid; a discharging unit configured to discharge the liquid; and a coupling unit configured to couple the container and the discharging unit together, wherein the coupling unit includes a buffering unit configured to buffer stress generated in the coupling unit. The container may be an aerosol container. The coupling unit may include a rigid unit coupled to the buffering unit and configured to have rigidity higher than the buffering unit.
UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE
Provided is an unmanned aerial vehicle configured to be able to discharge a liquid, comprising: a container of the liquid; a discharging unit configured to discharge the liquid; and a coupling unit configured to couple the container and the discharging unit together, wherein the coupling unit includes a buffering unit configured to buffer stress generated in the coupling unit. The container may be an aerosol container. The coupling unit may include a rigid unit coupled to the buffering unit and configured to have rigidity higher than the buffering unit.

Provided is a discharge apparatus to which an aerosol container can be detachably mounted, the discharge apparatus including: a pressing unit configured to press a stem for opening and closing a valve of the aerosol container; and a buffer unit configured to buffer excess force, which is an amount of force by which force with which the pressing unit presses the stem has exceeded force to open the valve. The buffer unit may be configured to buffer the excess force exerted on the pressing unit by moving the pressing unit according to the excess force. The buffer unit may be configured to buffer the excess force exerted on the aerosol container by moving the aerosol container according to the excess force.
