METHOD AND DEVICE FOR STACKING AND PACKAGING FOLDED PRODUCTS
The method for stacking and packaging folded products comprises the steps of: forming a stack of folded products, which are arranged in an upright position in a row, one behind the other, in a transport direction; arranging the stack of folded products in a delivery area above a receptacle on at least one support element, which supports the stack in the delivery area perpendicularly to the transport direction; releasing the stack perpendicularly to the transport direction by shifting or pivoting the at least one support element; pushing the stack of folded products out of the delivery area perpendicularly to the transport direction and into the receptacle by means of a pushing device.
Integrated Carton and Shipping Container Design and Filling Manufacture Process
An integrated carton and container which includes a collapsible container and a plurality of cartons. The carton or cartons can be filled with a product or products while the carton or cartons remain integrated with the container. The carton and container are integrated in such a way that when the container is expanded into an open position, the carton or cartons correspondingly expand into an open position. The integrated carton and container may be integrated in such a way that the integrated carton and container may be filled with a product and closed on a single apparatus.
DYNAMICALLY CODED BUNDLES WITH INDEXING FOR VISUAL REFERENCE GROUPINGS
A workflow process for packing and unpacking variable sized bundles of printed card signs includes providing identifiable codes that make the card signs highly visible and recognizable. Included on selected card signs is a color coded border with indexing added to each bundle in groupings to help in packing and unpacking the bundles into and from boxes. When the bundles are packed in a box on edge, both the person packing and unpacking the box can easily identify the beginning and end of each bundle and thereby limiting the time required to organize and process the bundles and reduce labor cost and errors.
PROCESS FOR PACKAGING A CLEANING WIPE
A process for packaging a product including the steps of providing a cleaning wipe that includes nonwoven strips and moving the cleaning wipe in a direction aligned with the longitudinal axis of the cleaning wipe. A gas is moved from positions on opposite sides of the longitudinal axis and beyond the longitudinal edges of the cleaning wipe to bend the free ends of the nonwoven strips out of plane relative to the fixed ends of the strips.
TEAR OPEN BAG
An exemplary web of preformed bags includes first and second layers, first and second side, first and second side seals proximate the first and second edges, a plurality of transverse seals extending between the first and second side edges, an opening in the first layer, and a line of separation in the second layer, a first line of weakness in the first layer. The first line of weakness has a plurality of gaps having no perforations in a region between the plurality of openings in the first layer and the plurality of traverse seals.
METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY INSERTING ENCLOSURES INTO A RECEPTACLE AND A DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT THE METHOD
In a method for automatically inserting enclosures (15) into a receptacle (10) which is intended to accommodate a principal goods item (14) a high degree of speed and flexibility in the context of commissioning is thereby achieved in that the receptacle (10) is moved past a stationary inserting station in a transportation direction (13), and that on passing the inserting station at least one enclosure (15) is inserted from the inserting station into the open receptacle (10).
Apparatus and method for inserting and unloading stacked gloves into a packing box
Disclosed herein is an apparatus for inserting and unloading a stacked gloves into a packing box. The apparatus may include an upper belt conveyor driven by a servo motor with a dual function rotary clamp cylinder at the shorter side to facilitate both rotating and lifting function; a bottom belt conveyor as a loading platform for the stacked gloves located below the upper belt conveyor which is driven by a servo motor; supported at the bottom by a compact guide cylinder to facilitate lifting and compressing function. Further, the entire bottom belt conveyor, servo motor and compact guide cylinder is may be mounted proximately to the rotary clamp cylinder. Also disclosed is a method for inserting and unloading a stacked gloves into a packing box without inducing friction.
Packaging Assembly
A frame (10) used in a packaging assembly for retaining a product within a box. The frame includes a panel (16) having a panel width (W1) greater than the box width. A front panel flap fold zone (26) corresponds to the front closure flap fold line of the box. A rear panel flap fold zone (30) corresponds to the rear closure flap fold line of the box. A central panel portion (34) extends between the front and rear panel flap fold zones. Front and rear panel flaps (36, 38) extend from the front panel flap fold zone and the rear panel flap fold zone, respectively. A detachment line (40) extends from the left edge (19) to the right edge (20) of the panel in the central panel portion to delineate front and rear central panel portions (42, 44). A sheet (18) extends across the central panel portion and attaches to the panel at opposing regions of the panel outside of the central panel portion.
AUTO-PACKING APPARATUS FOR POUCH
The invention is an auto-packing apparatus for pouch, and comprises: a pouch conveyor 20, a slot magazine 50, a pickup means 60 to pick up the moving pouches 1 on the pouch conveyor 20 and insert them into the slots 51 of the slot magazine 50, a pouch retainer 100 to retain the pouches 1 dropping from the slot magazine 50, a moving means 130 to move one 80 of the side walls 70,80 of the pouch retainer 100 and an opening means 91 to open and close the lower part of the pouch retainer 100 and a controller 180.
