PACKING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR OPERATION
A packing machine for filling product into bags including a bag supply, a filling module with a filling nozzle and a bag removal, wherein between the bag supply and the bag removal a transfer device is provided, which is suitable and configured to feed an empty bag from the bag supply to the filling nozzle and to feed the filled bag from the filling nozzle to the bag removal. In a method for operation, an empty bag is fed from the bag supply to the filling module by means of the transfer device and a filled bag is fed by means of the transfer device from the filling module to the bag removal. In a method for maintaining such a packing machine transfer device is moved to release at least the filling module.
BAG PROCESSING SYSTEM
A bag processing system includes: a conveyance mechanism which includes: a plurality of support devices being able to support and release bags; and a conveyance drive device moving the plurality of support devices intermittently; a liquid introduction device which introduces a liquid into the bags supported by the plurality of support devices; and a conveyance control device which controls the conveyance drive device, wherein: the conveyance drive device moves the plurality of support devices in such a manner that the plurality of support devices exhibit same acceleration-deceleration behavior between each other, and the conveyance control device controls the conveyance drive device to accelerate or decelerate the plurality of support devices in such a manner that shaking of the liquid in the bags is reduced.
CLEANING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CLEANING
A packing machine having a cleaning apparatus and a cleaning apparatus for cleaning a working section when filling bulk materials into containers, including a blowing strip having a first nozzle device and a second nozzle device through which an air stream can be guided temporarily in each case. In this case, the first and the second nozzle devices each have a fixed blowing-out direction, wherein the blowing-out directions of the first nozzle device and of the second nozzle device differ from one another. Furthermore, a control device is provided which is suitable and configured to control the first nozzle device and the second nozzle device at least temporarily in a temporally staggered manner. In a method for cleaning a working section using such a cleaning apparatus, the control device controls the first nozzle device and the second nozzle device in a temporally staggered manner.

In this case, the bag supply and the bag removal are arranged in a line and the filling module is arranged pulled out of the line. In a method for operating such a packing machine, a bag from the bag supply is fed out from the line to the filling module and after filling is guided back into the line and fed to the bag removal.
Hygienic conveying chain clamp used in a horizontal form fill and seal packaging machine
Disclosed is a hygienic clamp attachable to conveying chains used in horizontal, form, fill, and seal, packaging machines. The clamp is used for holding the packing film, which is conveyed between various work stations of the machine. The clamp assembly comprises of three components: stanchion, gripper, spring. The clamp eliminates the use of a rivet, previously used for holding the spring, and guiding vertical moment of the gripper during the clamping process. The hygienic clamp replaces the rivet with a mortise and tenon connection. The mortise is located inside the stanchion and the tenent is located inside the gripper. The hygienic clamp also incorporates a ridge (attached to the stanchion) which interacts with the tenon (protruding from the gripper). The interaction between these two parts enables delayed closure of the clamp, independent of the cam's actions, which functions as the primary opening and closing mechanism for the hygienic clamp.
Method and system for aseptically filling a package
The present invention relates to a method and system for aseptically filling of flexible packages containing dry cloth. Such a method may include a first stage that is performed in a non-sterile environment. The first stage may include cutting a first substantially dry cloth to a predetermined size; inserting the first cloth into a flexible package; sealing a first end of the flexible package; and sterilizing the flexible package. The method may also include a second stage performed in a sterile environment. The second stage may include filling the flexible package with a medical solution such that the substantially dry cloth absorbs at least a portion of the medical solution; and sealing the open end of the flexible package.
Filling device and method for filling bags with a respective unsealed upper end
The invention relates to a filling device for filling bags with a respective unsealed upper end and at least two layers lying on top of one another. A filling station for filling the bags in characterised in that the filling device comprises at least one layer movement device (30) for moving the at least one layer of the bag relative to the at least one second layer, with which the layers of the bag can be acted upon, wherein the layer movement device is arranged in front of the filling station.
ZERO VENT POUCH FILLER
Example embodiments relate to a system for filling a stand-up pouch. The system includes a pouch fill injector having a pouch fill spout, a seal jaw assembly having a first jaw and second jaw with receiving areas to interface with the pouch fill tube, and a pouch opening device to open an end of a pouch. Unlike prior art systems, the system of example embodiments does not require a vacuum assist to fill a stand-up pouch.
ROBOT SYSTEM
A robot system includes: a hand that holds an article; an arm that moves the hand; and a first contacting portion with which a first foldable portion of the article is brought into contact during a first folding process that is a process of folding the first foldable portion in a state where the article is held by the hand. The hand includes: a base that is connected to the arm; and a holder that is rotatable relative to the base and holds the article by adhesion. During the first folding process, the hand and the arm fold the first foldable portion by rotating the holder while keeping the first foldable portion in contact with the first contacting portion.
BAG PROCESSING MACHINE
A bag processing machine includes: a rotation body which is intermittently rotated; a plurality of holding units which are attached to the rotation body and are moved along a circular movement path in accordance with rotation of the rotation body, the movement path being divided into a plurality of processing sections; a fixation support member which is positioned above the rotation body and does not rotate by rotation of the rotation body; and two or more processing devices which are supported by the fixation support member and perform processes on bags held by the plurality of holding units in two or more processing sections respectively of the plurality of processing sections.
