An electric stretch film dispenser includes a frame and a power unit. The frame has a top seat and a bottom seat. The top seat and the bottom seat are jointly provided with a film mounting unit and a film dispensing unit. The film dispensing unit has a first roller and a second roller. The first roller is connected with a first power drive unit. The first power drive unit is configured to drive the first roller to rotate. When in use, the film of a film roll is pulled due to different rotational speeds of the first roller and the second roller. Thereby, the electric stretch film dispenser can automatically generate tension when used, so it can be used to pack articles at different heights. The present invention provides a dispenser of stretch wrap, comprising a main body with a first end, a second end, a first connector portion proximate to the first end, a second connector portion proximate to the second end, a first braking mechanism at the first connector portion, a second braking mechanism at the second connector portion, a tension controller terminating an end of the second connector portion, the first connector portion and second connector portion are adapted to engage two ends of an elongated core with stretch wrap film, the tension controller comprising an adjustable portion that is rotatable and in mechanical communication with a movable part located intermediate the tension controller and the second connector portion and the adjustable portion is a rotatable knob, and the movable part is a clutching mechanism connected to a shaft; characterized in that the tension controller further comprises a tension limiting mechanism.
TURNTABLE SYSTEM
Several embodiments of turntable systems for loaded pallets are disclosed. In some embodiments, a first ramp leads up to the turntable and a second ramp leads down from the turntable on the opposite side. In other embodiments, at least two turntables are positioned adjacent one another, optionally with a bridge surface connecting them so that a pallet lift can be driven from one turntable to the other to place one pallet on one turntable and another pallet on the other turntable according to a method disclosed herein. A validation system without a turntable includes a plurality of cameras about a periphery of a platform weight sensor.
STRETCH FILM DISPENSER
A stretch film dispenser includes a frame. The frame has a top seat and a bottom seat. The top seat and the bottom seat are jointly equipped with a film mounting unit and a film dispensing unit. The film dispensing unit includes a first roller and a second roller. The first roller and the second roller have a strip hole. The strip hole is located between the first roller and the second roller. Through the strip hole of the first roller and the second roller, the front end of a film can pass through the strip hole between the first roller and the second roller easily and quickly, and the film is pulled out along the direction of the first roller, thereby achieving the effect of easy and convenient installation of the film.
Stretch wrap dispenser with gathering mechanism
A stretch wrap applicator includes one or more cutting members arranged, for instance, in parallel and designed to engage the stretch wrap to cut it into strips as it is dispensed from the roll. The strips are then gathered and stretched into strings that are wrapped around the object. The strings formed from the stretch wrap can stretch to an extended length while maintaining excellent tensile strength to secure heavy loads. In a further approach, an applicator can selectively gathers or not gather the stretch film in such a way as to create a solid string or a film during continuous application to an object so that the user can rotate from film to string and then back to film. Such approaches save on the volume of stretch wrap used to secure a load without significantly compromising strength.
WRAP DISPENSER
A dispenser includes a rotating member configured to rotate about an axis of rotation, the rotating member comprising an engaging portion and a roll-holding portion, the roll-holding portion defining an outer surface and a cylindrical inner surface, the cylindrical inner surface extending from a first end of the roll-holding portion to a second end of the roll-holding portion opposite the first end, a rib extending radially inwardly from the cylindrical inner surface, the rib defining a free radially inward edge; and a holding member located radially outwardly of the engaging portion; wherein the cylindrical inner surface of the rotating member defines a first cylindrical portion adjacent to the first end and a second cylindrical portion adjacent to the second end, the rib extending axially along a length of the first cylindrical portion, the second cylindrical portion substantially smooth and absent any ribs.
Stretch Wrap Dispenser With Cutting and Gathering Mechanisms
A stretch wrap applicator includes one or more cutting members arranged to engage the stretch wrap to cut it into strips as it is dispensed from the roll. The strips are then gathered and stretched into strings that are wrapped around the object. A roller is biased toward the stretch wrap roll to ensure an even flow of stretch film from the roll and more consistent tension on the film dispensed from the roll. The roller includes a groove. A cutting member is disposed to rest in the groove such that stretch film passes over and around the roller as it is dispensed from the roll and then engages the cutting member in the grove before the stretch film separates from the roller.
COHESIVE ELASTIC DECORATIVE WRAPPING FILM
A decorative wrapping film for wrapping and concealing a gift is elastic, cohesive and opaque and printed upon. Decorative features such as colors, patterns, decals, text and images are presented on a decorative side of the film. The surface of a non-decorative side has cohesive properties, i.e. tending to attach, cling or adhere to at least the decorative side of the wrapping film. The wrapping film may be wound into a roll and mounted on a hand-held dispenser or set into a box dispenser. The cohesive properties mitigate the need for adhesive tapes when wrapping gifts. The elastic properties facilitate wrapping of edges, corners and irregularly shaped objects. Further, the direction in which the wrapping film is formed to the item may be changed by stretching and bending the wrapping film.
